Problemloser Check IN. Rezeption vorhanden. Gepäckabgabe auch vor dem CHECK IN war kein Problem.
Zimmer + Bad sind hell, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Beides sehr sauber. Im Zimmer keine Störgeräusche von Innerhalb des Hotels wahrnehmbar.
Das Frühstück war super. Große Auswahl. Alles frisch und reichlich. Das Service Team war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Das angeschlossene Restaurant hat angenehmes Ambiente. ( Badische ) Küche und Service waren super. Die Preise sind angemessen.
FAZIT: Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist angemessen. D.h. Immer wieder gerne !!!

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas weich aber noch OK.
Mein Zimmer hatte das Fenster zum Parkplatz. D.h. bei offenem Fenster hört man wenn Autos kommen bzw. einparken. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte das Fenster schliessen. Sonst waren von aussen keine weiteren Störgeräusche zu hören.

Wir waren 3 Tage dort, es war sehr gut alles.
Pros:

das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut, hat nichts gefehlt, der Kaffee und die Säfte sehr gut.
Vorallem wurde alles immer wieder Nachgelegt.

Cons:

nur eines, die Brötchen beim Frühstück, also die waren nicht gut, das würde ich gerne verändern lassen.

Vorbildlich geführter Restaurant-und Hotelbetrieb

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett.
Ob Empfang oder der Service in der Gastronomie. Bei jedem Mitarbeiter hat man den Eindruck dass sie ihren Job wirklich gerne machen.
Besonders ist zu erwähnen, dass das Personal als vielen verschiedenen Nationen besteht und offensichtlich alle Mitarbeiter wirklich integriert worden sind.
Von Sprachunterricht bis zur fachlichen Ausbildung macht der Betreiber des Hotels offensichtlich einen absolut vorbildlichen Eindruck.

Wonderful! Lovely staff and very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The charm and cleanliness was great! Dinner was outstanding along with breakfast. Very friendly staff and helped even with helping to find notable sights to stop on our drive to Garmisch. Nice and quiet and the rooms very were comfortable.
