I love the location, the staff, the cleanliness and the facilities. There is something magical about staying so close to the Alhambra where Washington Irving wrote his book. The staff are so helpful and very, very responsive when you need anything. The place is sparkling clean, and I love the sauna. There is also a bus stop close by. So if you decide the walk back up the hill is too much, you can always jump on the C32 that takes you from the city centre back up the hill.

Ya es la segunda vez que vamos porque nos encanta este hotel para hacer escapaditas, es un espacio fresco, tranquilo y agradable. El personal es fantástico, la atención es muy cercana y eficaz y te hacen sentir muy cómoda. Tuvieron un detalle por el cumpleaños de mi pareja y nos subieron cava a la habitación, una grata sorpresa.
La zona de la piscina es muy íntima y relajante, es un rincón de paz.
Nada grave, simplemente la TV no funcionaba de la mejor manera, tuvimos que avisar a recepción para que nos ayudase a solucionar el problema y fueron muy rápidos y amables, sin embargo la TV estaba desfasada y la calidad y el funcionamiento no eran óptimos. Echamos en falta una mayor variedad de luces indirectas, ya que era o muy directa o muy tenue. Tan solo pequeños detalles que buscas cuando te alojas en un hotel de esta categoría.

Very beautiful hotel. Really great breakfast. Good location if visiting Alahambra. City center not close, but a really good aerobic excersise up back home after a lovely meal.
