Perfekte Lage, schöne Zimmer
Besonders praktisch ist die super Verbindung mit den Minibussen in die Stadt und zurück. Haltestelle nur 50 m entfernt
Die Weitergabe von Informationen könnte besser sein. Wir mussten manche Dinge zweimal anfragen bevor sie erledigt wurden. Waren aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten
Die Blumen im Innenhof könnten etwas mehr Wasser und Zuwendung gebrauchen :-)
The room was very spacious. Lobby area is very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with many varieties of cheeses, cold meats, eggs , breads and fresh fruit. My room had a lovely outside view to the Alhambra. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff.
The lighting in the bathroom, shower and toilet was somewhat dark.

Eine perfekte Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Nach vielen Schritten in Alhambra hat eine Abkühlung im Pool sehr gut getan. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück haben wir genossen. Das Auto wurde uns parkiert. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt, wirklich empfehlenswert.

The view from our bedroom window of the Alhambra are fabulous. It had a good breakfast with lots of variety.
It has a very corporate feel with no real relaxing spacing in reception. The bathroom lights downstairs are frankly ridiculous. They are so low level you can hardly see the cubicle and the lights don’t flick on in the sink area until you have taken several steps into the space. This could be dangerous for an elderly person with mobility issues. The hotel reception and bedroom feel dark and masculine, and although sleekly designed they seem to lack charm. There is no sense that you are staying in Granada or Spain, so they have lost an opportunity to make it feel unique to the area. The facilities were fine but I would expect to find this kind of place near an airport and not opposite the Alhambra! However the staff were friendly and helpful.
La tranquilidad y el desayuno variado
Amazingly attentive team, the position of Joel was perfect next to Alhambra and a quick walk down to center through lush parkland. The pool was fabulous as were the lunches up there. The reception team took time and effort to brief best ways to travel and sightsee around the city. The room and hotel was spotless and were quick to provide iron and mattress topper for extra comfort. The masseuse was amazing.
Bed was firm but resolved quickly with a mattress topper. More milk capsules for in room coffee
Unfortunately, my wife broke her foot during our trip to the Alhambra and we had to return to the hotel. Within two hours, the hotel had arranged a wheelchair for us and recommended a hospital (Hospital VINHAS – watch out for tourist rip-offs! But that’s not the hotel’s fault!)
The hotel staff looked after us very well during this difficult situation – thank you again for that
