Très très bel hôtel, propre et avec tous les équipements dignes d’un 5 étoiles.navette gratuite pour aller au MRT et BTS qui peut aussi être fait à pied en 3 minutes (bien plus rapide que la navette avec tous les embouteillages).

Heerlijk hotel om je terug te trekken uit de drukte!
Pros:

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in onze “luxe” Family Two Bedroom(met uitzicht op de weg). Ruim opgezet, met een fijn middenstuk als “leefruimte”. 2 badkamers met toiletten aanwezig, wat met een gezin toch wel prettig is. Bedden sliepen heerlijk! 2x ontbijt gehad, krijgt een prima 8!

Kids vermaakten zich prima in het zwembad. Locatie echt top! 5 minuten lopen naar het MRT metrostation (in Bangkok is dat veel waard) en schuin tegenover een 7-Eleven.

Service en gastvrijheid staat hier hoog! De term klant is koning, is hier dan ook zeker van toepassing.

Voor een aantal dagen is dit hotel zeker een aanrader om je terug te trekken uit de drukte van Bangkok!

Cons:

Kan niet echt wat bedenken wat tegen viel. Hebben niks genomen uit de minibar dus geen idee hoeveel dat extra kost (flesjes water badkamer wel gratis). Restaurant 1x gegeten, was wat aan de prijzige kant. Maar dat kan je van te voren weten!

Excellent and flexible support during an unexpected situation
Pros:

During my business trip to Chiang Mai, I lost my credit card and had to stay with cash only. When I checked in at Lancaster Hotel, I was unable to pay the required deposit of 5,000 THB. However, the hotel staff kindly and flexibly accepted a cash deposit of 2,000 THB instead, which helped me greatly in that difficult situation.

Just before checking out, I fortunately found my credit card inside my suitcase, so everything turned out fine. I truly appreciate the kind and flexible support.

I travel to Thailand several times a year for business, and I will definitely stay at Lancaster Hotel again on my next visit. Thank you very much for your excellent hospitality.

The room was large, very well equipped, with a huge bed and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding. Pool was the perfect temperature
