Location slightly out of the thick of Bangkok however not far from all the transport options.
Generally staff lack the 5 star feel and friendliness that we used to experience at the Lancaster.

breakfast ok , but need to have more selection because most of the dishes is little bit heavy meal which is not applicable for Arab people , also need to have some clarification for Halal meal or not
not close for center , you need to have taxi.
the coffee and restaurant is close at 11 pm , i believe as long these services in the hotel , it should be opened till mid night because most of the shops and restaurants as well as coffee shops close at 10 Pm in Bangkok
