Sauber, freundlich, gut gelegen!
Pros:

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer, sowie freundliche Mitarbeitende. Außerdem bekommt man ein Lunchpaket mit, wenn man eher auschecken muss.

Ich würde wiederkommen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Die Lage ist super. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück nichts außergewöhnliches, aber völlig in Ordnung für den Preis. Bett sehr groß und bequem.

Cons:

Ich würde das nächste Mal um ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken bitten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das war doch sehr dunkel und dadurch nicht so hell/freundlich, wie nach den Fotos erwartet. Aber letztlich spielt das beim Schlafen auch keine große Rolle.

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, przechowali nam bagaże, pozwolili skorzystać z łazienki po wymeldowaniu. Po kilku dniach mycia w zimnej wodzie, ciepła woda była cenna. Bardzo dobrze działał internet. Dostaliśmy śniadanie na drogę. Było bardzo czysto. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni ☺️

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, la atención también muy buena, fueron bien atentos. El desayuno nos encantó.

Cons:

Creo que la limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar, en el estante para ropa había un poco de polvo.
La luz del baño también me pareció muy invasiva y fuerte, quizá colocar una luz amarilla un poco más tenue.
La colcha de la cama también era bastante pesada, algo más ligero estaría bien.

Estancia perfecta en Arequipa
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y en el mismo centro, la zona es muy bonita y segura, de fácil acceso. La vista desde la terraza donde sirven el desayuno es muy hermosa. Todo el hotel en general es bonito y cómodo.
