The staff , especially the housekeeping team. Prompt and would double check later to ensure all is well. Front desk is efficient and warm.

Wunderschönes und angenehmes Hotel in Saigon

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr modern. Das Zimmer war zu jeder Zeit sauber und wird, auf Wunsch, sogar zweimal am Tag gereinigt. Es gibt eine sehr große und leckere Auswahl beim Frühstück, wobei hier die Auswahl an Gerichten mit Fleisch deutlich überwiegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sofort wieder in diese Unterkunft gehen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnten die warmen Speisen hinsichtlich der Auswahl für Vegetarier ausgebaut werden. Das integrierte Spa wirkte recht unkoordiniert. Die Wände der Zimmer sind leider recht hellhörig, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Das war abends etwas störend.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the main shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were also very helpful with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent as well, with a great selection and quality.

Cons:

There’s a gym in the basement, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell in that area.

die Zimmer, sowie das Bad haben eine enorme Größe und sind ästhetisch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Das Frühstück und auch die angebotenen Snacks waren hervorragend -
Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Da uns auch die Lage sehr gut gefallen hat, muss ich einfach verdiente 10 Punkte geben.

Die Lage ist gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber und modern. Perfekt, für ein Städtetrip.Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl begrenzt, aber dafür qualitativ gut.

Für Leute, die länger in der Stadt bleiben, sollten ein Hotel mit Pool suchen.
