Приємний готель, дуже уважний персонал, затишний красивий номер з величезними вікнами, дуже зручне ліжко. У номері також був додатковий диван-повноцінне спальне місце - оскільки ми подорожували з двома маленькими дітками, нам було дуже зручно! Смачний європейський сніданок. Також ми вечеряли у ресторані готелю -всі замовлені страви були смачними та швидко приготували, враховували всі побажання. Наступного разу теж плануємо тут зупинитися 😊

Overall, the hotel was not bad. The view of the church was beautiful, there was a lot of greenery around, and having a supermarket downstairs was very convenient. The room itself was decent and comfortable enough.
However, there were several issues that negatively affected the stay. The room was clearly not fully prepared for check-in. The TV remote control did not work — either it was broken or the batteries were dead. I asked at the reception to replace them. Also, the flush button on the toilet did not work properly. I reported this issue twice at the reception, but unfortunately it was never fixed during my stay.
Another disappointment was the coffee machine. The room included breakfast, but the latte from the machine was absolutely terrible — it tasted like dirty water. There was clearly no milk in the machine, just some strange liquid. If milk is unavailable, it would be better to cover or disable the latte button and leave only espresso available, so guests understand what to expect. Because of this, I had to buy coffee separately at the bar every day.
In general, the hotel has potential because of the location and surroundings, but the maintenance and service quality definitely need improvement.
