This hotel stay has been a highlight of our trip! Firstly, the amenities are wonderful, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast, had very relaxing spa services, enjoyed the rooftop pool, and had refreshing cocktails with a beautiful rooftop view. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every staff member we interacted with were so genuinely friendly and welcoming. They assisted us greatly with any questions we had, as well as helping us to have smooth travels to other areas of Vietnam. This was my favourite hotel I stayed at in Vietnam and I look forward to staying here again one day in the future. I would wholeheartedly recommend my friends and family stay here too.

We had the most amazing stay at Le Joya Blue! The service was absolutely incredible, and a massive shout-out to Justin for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. From the moment we walked through the doors to the moment we left, we were made to feel so welcome and incredibly well looked after.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, even arranging a last-minute motorbike ride to our next accommodation! It’s the little things like this that make a stay truly unforgettable.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. They arranged our Halong Bay cruise at a better price than we had seen before and provided free transportation to the airport. The breakfast choices were extensive

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff extremely helpful.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, we were impressed. The lobby smelled wonderfully fresh and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, especially Vincent, who went out of his way to communicate with us before our arrival. Knowing we would be checking in late after traveling from Sapa, he kindly offered to arrange dinner, which made us feel truly cared for.

At breakfast, Mark stood out with his lively greetings and cheerful energy. He was very accommodating to my dietary needs. Since I don’t eat pork, he immediately informed the cook to use a new pan to prepare my egg omelette. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot and showed the team’s genuine commitment to guest comfort.

Even after we checked out, Vincent followed up with a message to ensure my family and I had arrived safely and enjoyed a pleasant flight home. This level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.

Overall, Hôtel Le Joyau Bleu Hanoï exceeded our expectations with its welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and personalized service. We felt valued throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen und war völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super, da sich alles, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Insgesamt habe ich mich wohlgefühlt.

Great location close to lake and old quarter. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with huge choice. Terrific roof pool and bar. Flexible checkout with luggage re-pack and shower facility! Good value. And we stayed again.

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything, although some tour buses could not pick you up from the front of the hotel.
