Exceptional
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Hanoi. The hotel is brand new and is perfectly located, just a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its beautiful and unique design. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of choices. I even found myself spending extra time every morning just to enjoy the breakfast.
What truly made this stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone for making my visit so memorable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

The best hotel we’ve stayed in Vietnam
Pros:

A beautiful new hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, right in the city center and convenient for exploring everything. Highly recommended!

A quick but wonderful stay!
Pros:

Had a short 1 night stay at Hôtel Le Joyau Bleu Hanoi and was thoroughly impressed. The room design is stunning, super cozy with warm lighting and gorgeous classy decor, making it feel luxury yet very intimate. The bed was crazy comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. Staff were super welcoming too. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Hanoi

Lo único que valoraría como positivo es la atención de su personal, TODOS demasiado amables y con buenísima actitud siempre con ganas de ayudar al huésped.

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación cuyo sistema de ventilación era deficiente. Daba la impresión que los ductos de aire estaban llenos de humedad, moho y ácaros, tan es así que mi esposa y yo nos resfriamos pues se sentía muy fuerte la humedad.
No me gustó tampoco que en toda mi estancia de 3 días tenia las sabanas y toallas de otros cuartos apiladas frente a mi habitación y la television se quedaba congelada, sin buena señal.
Por el precio que pagué hubiera encontrado un mucho mejor hotel fuera del Old Quarter.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice location and the staff was very helpful.
There seem to be two properties with the same name/ownership in the Hanoi old quarters.. I guess the facility was pretty decent considering the space constraints in the old quarters. Just that the room that we received was one with no windows and hence felt very stuffy and stale.. The breakfast had decent options. The location was amazing and you could walk for anything from food, to shopping. Very close to the happening places in the old quarters

Todo cerca y a la mano, solo si lleva efectivo para pagar y evita tu cargo extra en pago con tarjeta

Desayuno es variado y suficiente para empezar tu dia es buffet, fruta guisados omelets y mas si merece la pena lo compres con tu reserva
La ubicacion es buena en pleno centro de la ciudad, pero como en la mayoria de todas las ciudades del mundo o la gran mayoria, en el centro encontras a los lados todos los olores, areas descuidadas y sucias. Pero queda muy bien por que te puedes mover a todos lados.

El personal en recepcion bellboy muy amables cuando llegas.

Cons:

Con la sorpresa de que si tu tarjeta es internacional como es mi caso, hay un cargo extra a tu reserva situacion que no dice por ningun lado la reserva solo menciona los impuestos normales. Asi que ya sabes o llevas efectivo para pagar la tarifa que acordaron aqui en booking y pagas con tarjeta como la mayoria lo hacemos y es la tarifa acordada mas un porcentaje extra por tu tarjeta adicional, que el hotel hara el gasto deducible pero lo pagas el extra tu. Timado.

La habitacion es grande y amplia, pero su papel tapiz se ve que tiene años pero años que lo pusieron esta salpicado de no se que se le escurre la mugre en varias zonas, a diferencia de las fotos que se ven impecables, asi que tantita manera de ser francos con las cosas por favor.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great spread with plenty of options, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout.

Check-in was a breeze. The staff were welcoming and helpful, clearly explaining everything about the stay and even recommending local attractions. A special mention to Daisy, who proactively reached out two weeks before my arrival to ensure everything was arranged smoothly—such a thoughtful touch.

The location is amazing, with most main attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

早餐豐富，地點位於市中心老街，很方便逛街，員工態度熱情且專業，房間乾淨整潔，而且我訂的是連通房，二間的空間都很大，其中一間還有浴缸，很適合全家人一起入住的好飯店。離開時，員工還親切的問候離開的方式，詢問是否協助叫車，最後還幫我們把行李放上車，全體和我們說再見。真是訓練良好，親切體貼的一家好飯店。值得推薦

沒特別不喜歡的，有的話，也是外面街頭比較老舊吵鬧，但房間隔音很好，聽不到

Pros:

Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a good selection.

Cons:

We had a room at the rear of the hotel that was looking slightly tired. The hotel is starting on a major renovation in the near future.
