The breakfast selection was extensive, and everything was delicious.

The hotel is in a very nice location and the staff was very helpful.
There seem to be two properties with the same name/ownership in the Hanoi old quarters.. I guess the facility was pretty decent considering the space constraints in the old quarters. Just that the room that we received was one with no windows and hence felt very stuffy and stale.. The breakfast had decent options. The location was amazing and you could walk for anything from food, to shopping. Very close to the happening places in the old quarters

La ubicacion es buena en pleno centro de la ciudad, pero como en la mayoria de todas las ciudades del mundo o la gran mayoria, en el centro encontras a los lados todos los olores, areas descuidadas y sucias. Pero queda muy bien por que te puedes mover a todos lados.

El personal en recepcion bellboy muy amables cuando llegas.

早餐豐富，地點位於市中心老街，很方便逛街，員工態度熱情且專業，房間乾淨整潔，而且我訂的是連通房，二間的空間都很大，其中一間還有浴缸，很適合全家人一起入住的好飯店。離開時，員工還親切的問候離開的方式，詢問是否協助叫車，最後還幫我們把行李放上車，全體和我們說再見。真是訓練良好，親切體貼的一家好飯店。值得推薦

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was a good size, clean with fresh linens and a comfortable bed and peaceful quiet ambience, which added to the overall comfort.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great spread with plenty of options, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout.

Check-in was a breeze. The staff were welcoming and helpful, clearly explaining everything about the stay and even recommending local attractions. A special mention to Daisy, who proactively reached out two weeks before my arrival to ensure everything was arranged smoothly—such a thoughtful touch.

The location is amazing, with most main attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great location, basic hotel, good value for exploring Hanoi

Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a good selection.

This boutique hotel has everything that one can ask for in a boutique hotel, including central old quarter location, spacious lobby area, comfortable and well-decorated rooms, buffet breakfast included, and full services, including on-site spa services, driver service and tour bookings. We were there for 5 days and breakfast buffet items did vary from day to day. The best thing for us was the cook-to-order beef or chicken pho, and egg/omelette items - we enjoyed these every morning. While the spa area is not fancy, it is so convenient to have spa services on-site, and they have been great to accommodate bookings even at short notice. There is discount for hotel guests, and further discount if you book a tour through them. Prices for massages become very reasonable with the discount and so convenient to not need to step out of the hotel to get massages. With all that, the most amazing thing at this location is undoubtedly the staff - there is such a consistent 5-star service mindset and attitude from everyone at the front desk and door. All the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful with good command of English, including Lucas, Tracy, Claire and Vincent. Danny at the door was also thoughtful and kind. Special mention definitely needs to go to Eddie! We won’t go into big details, but we had important personal affairs outside of Hanoi with some non-English speaking people. We explained about the need during pre-booking and became distressed when the driver spoke next to no English. When I explained our situation to Eddie who was about to wrap up his hotel shift, he went completely above and beyond to help us once he knew how important it was for us. We were speechless that he offered such massive help to us personally at short notice. His personal time, assistance and kindness allowed us to manage the special day smoothly - which was the major reason of our Hanoi trip.
