Aircon broken, unbearable heat
Pros:

The kitchenette was well equipped but while we had hoped to cook a couple of simple meals in it, the fact that our Aircon was broken meant we avoided the room as much as possible and therefore didn't make the use we'd hoped to of the kitchenette.

Cons:

Apparently the Aircon had broken down a week before our arrival and wasn't due to be fixed any time soon. We weren't given prior warning and had booked the hotel on the promise of Aircon. Travelling with kids in the heat made coming back to the hotel unbearable so we stayed out as long as possible each day to avoid it.

To avoid the room heating up further we had to keep the curtains shut which made staying as a family a little claustrophobic.

Small room, which was expected but no air-conditioning in any room, just reception on one of the hottest days. We slept 2 nights and there was no signs of anyone trying to fix it.

Comfortable and excellent value for London
Pros:

The room was a decent size; light. airy and the air conditioning worked fine. The kitchenette was good - and hidden nicely away in the room. Toilet and shower area was also fine - and the shower was bigger than many London hotels ! The location for Olympia (and Kensington Olympia Station) was excellent - a 4-5 minute stroll. And there were plenty of good places to eat nearby.

Cons:

The blinds in the room weren't great - some better curtains would have kept the room dark in the early hours of the morning.

Perfect for convenient access to Olympia
Pros:

Great location, clean and well presented room with comfortable bed, and added bonus was the mini kitchen cupboard with cooking facilities and refrigerator.

No aircon, fine location
Pros:

Good location and 24 hours reception. Relatively friendly staff, even if they were unable to assist with anything, citing that they had to contact their manager. Room facilties were farily adequate.

Cons:

Broken aircon that I was only notified about on arrival with no option to cancel for a refund and move elsewhere. This was during an extreme heatwave and very disruptive.
Second bed in twin room was tiny.
