Excellent location, clean, well equipped and pleasant place.
I really liked the facility overall. The room was clean, the bathroom was immaculate and had everything needed. Check-in was by far the easiest check-in of any premise I've ever stayed in. There's a bus stop that takes you straight to/from Victoria, plus there's an overground service right behind.
The cleaner did an amazing job every day. New, fresh towels, a perfectly made bed, plus one day they even did the 2 cups that were left in the sink. Absolutely brilliant!
It was clean, but it didn't have those finishing touches that made it stand out, yk? The AC was broken, so we were given a replacement unit (which worked, but took up some space). The walls had some minor scuff marks and tape marking on the back of the door.

I loved the kitchenette, it was a great addition that allowed me to save money during my travels in London. The room came with pots, dishware, cups, silverware, cleaning solution, and a sponge. I wish they also came with oil, salt, and pepper - or sold small amounts of it at the front desk - so that we don't need to purchase a large quantity for such a short stay. SuperValue was only a 10 minute walk away, so purchasing food was so convenient.
The room was also clean and room service tidied up the room everyday if needed. I appreciated that there was an elevator in the building and that bike/train/bus stations were not far from the hotel. The hotel is also located on a quiet street!
The room was a bit small, but worked for our needs! Our window wouldn't close properly which was annoying but not enough for us to ask someone to fix it - I'm sure the staff would readily assist us if we requested. There was no A/C or heater, so I'm not sure if/how you can adjust the temperature of the room.

A very disappointing experience. During our stay, we were assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning system, despite the hotel having available rooms with fully functioning air conditioning. We reported the issue to the staff, but instead of providing an appropriate solution, we were left in a room that did not meet the standard we had paid for.
The situation was made even worse by the fact that the window could not be opened at all, making it impossible to ventilate the room naturally. As a substitute, the hotel provided us with a fan, but it was extremely noisy and made it nearly impossible to sleep at night. As a result, we had to stay 1 night in an overheated room.
In hot weather, functioning air conditioning is a basic amenity, and we expected the hotel to resolve the issue by moving us to another room. What makes this particularly disappointing is that the hotel had available rooms with working air conditioning but chose not to accommodate our request. The staff's response appeared indifferent, and the hotel showed little willingness to address the problem properly.
This significantly affected the quality of our stay and our overall holiday experience. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and a more customer-oriented approach. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
The following day, we were met by staff who were more helpful and understanding, and they moved us to the room we had actually paid for. Based on the photos, it was indeed the room we had booked. However, the negative impression caused by the way we were treated remained. Be extremely cautious if you decide to stay at this hotel!

Room was spacious, great value and perfect for what we needed.
Location wasn't great (15-20 min walk to a tube station) which I should have checked beforehand or well signposted. The 2 room family suite was missing a mirror in the double room other than the bathroom.
Fiquei hospedada por 30 dias nesse hotel e gostei muito porque é localizado em um bairro excelente em Londres, um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos mas próximo das estações do metrô e ônibus.
Limpeza adequada todos os dias, possui uma mini cozinha que te permite preparar algumas refeições mais rápidas.
O que mais gostei foi a localização e a receptividade dos funcionários especialmente, Kevin e Gasha.
Muy limpio, tenía todos lo necesario en cuanto a electrodomésticos (heladera, cafetera, pava eléctrica, secador de pelo, caja fuerte)
No me gustó que en la pieza hacía mucho calor, no tenían aire acondicionado y el ventilador tiraba el mismo aire caliente. Cabe destacar que mi estancia fue en una habitación sin ventanas y tuve la mala fortuna de estar en Londres justo los días de una ola de calor.
