Got the job done, A stay at the beach in a clean room
Pros:

View of the beach, provided beach chairs and umbrellas although get them early because they don't have nearly enough. Pool, tiki, on site restaurant are all nice. Playground for kids is great

Cons:

Dog friendly, not so much, and I have a dog. Price per night was high enough without the additional $21 a night parking fee

Unprofessional and lacks services. Horrible management
Pros:

Proximity to the beach. The restaurant food was decent when it was open, unfortunately it was closed the middle day of our 3 day stay with no apparent explanation.

Cons:

The management was horrible, the services were inadequate for the size and location of the facility. The coffee mess in the lobby was a disgrace. Coffee wasn’t marked , no creamer(liquid). No stir sticks. The general manager told me the don’t have real creamer because it goes bad? We lost internet for the entire middle day with no explanation just excuses. This facility is in dire need of New Management. The environment felt like a cheap non corporate hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very convenient oceanfront stay with pool, restaurant, and bar.
Pros:

Oceanfront with pool and bar were very convenient. Having the restaurant and bar right down stairs was definitely a bonus. I would stay hare again in the future.

Cons:

The bathroom and showers in the rooms could use an upgrade. When showering, all over the water leaks out onto the floor. Bathroom and shower could use an upgrade.

I enjoy coming here every year, hope I’m able to actually swim in it one day… so windy
