A really good place to stop
Pros:

This hotel was welcoming, the staff were very friendly and obliging. The hotel has a pool on site and a bar and restaurant. I was riding the motor bike and this was an excellent location for exploring the region around Ronda and Gaucin.

The good food, pool and wonderful staff really make this hotel.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely food - we were there for four nights and ate almost every meal there. The pool area was very clean and well maintained.

Hotel rural con encanto y tranquilidad
Pros:

La zona de la piscina ya que hacía mucho calor.
La decoración de todo el hotel es muy bonita y con muchos detalles.
El personal muy atento y amable

Cons:

La habitación tenía una ventana que daba a la entrada del hotel y al abrir la ventana quedabas expuesto al paso de la gente aunque fuimos días de diario y no había apenas nadie y no fue un problema.
Las almohadas eran durisimas, pedimos cambiarlas y lo hicieron al momento y muy amables.
El baño muy pequeño,apenas espacio para moverse.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. La piscina de agradece , sobretodo en los dias mas calutosos de verano. Amabilidad de personal era de 10!!!

Cons:

Tener que cerrar constantemente al salir del edificio con llave la puerta principal.
Al tener una llave solo, fue un poco molesto sobretodo si uno de nosotros querría salir. Por lo demás todo perfecto!

Mucha paz pero hotel descuidado
Pros:

Fui con mi pareja y con mi bebé y la verdad que estuvimos muy a gusto mucha paz y tranquilidad. Perfecto para desconectar. La atención de la mujer que nos atendió excelente, súper simpática.

Cons:

No lo tienen cuidado. Nuestra idea era no salir del recinto desayunar, comer y cenar en el restaurante que se supone que tenía que estar abierto, pero estaba totalmente cerrado, aunque es verdad que nos dijeron que podrían abrirlo exclusivamente para nosotros pero teníamos que avisar con antelación y era algo incómodo. La piscina extremadamente sucia no la tienen para nada cuidada, había matas de pelo gigantescas. La ducha de la piscina tampoco funcionaba y el suelo de la habitación no estaba barrido. Había mucha porquería por todos los lados.

Que tenía piscina y el alojamiento estaba a 3 minutos andando del centro del pueblo

El personal, la única que se salva es la chica que hacía las habitaciones. En general no me gustó el trato recibido.El cuarto de baño merece una mención especial, nunca había visto nada igual, inenarrable, una distribucion sin sentido, un plato de ducha en el que no cabe una persona de complexión normal. Un sinsentido. Otra cosa que no me gustó y me pareció peligrosa es que te obligaban a cerrar la puerta que da acceso al exterior con llave, solo se podía salir fuera si se abría la puerta con tu llave lo que podría poner en riesgo ante una situación de peligro como un incendio al tener que abrir con llave.
