Very nice location. Only a few hundred meters from the Louis I bridge in the City centre. Easy access to the hotel by taxi. Large and comfortable room. Very friendly and service-minded staff. Extra bonus to the hotel: Our luggage did not arrive with us, but the reception provided us with the the most necessary toilet articles.
Fantastic location. Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Great 'snack menu' which can also come as room service. Breakfasts were great too. Excellent value.
Our 'packed' breakfast for the last day got forgotten (offered to us as we were leaving hotel at 5.30am) - we wouldn't have missed it if we weren't offered it! A very minor point which didn't detract from our stay at all.

Eurostars is located perfect area near by great central Brdige at Duro River. Hotel is clean and great breakfast to serve and great night cafe viewing night scenary and perfect drink. Also they have very kindly crew and front desk. Especially Pedro Urbcno and Cetavina Moreirc are perfect front desk helper. They both are very kind and good knowledge to help your question concerning local information your tour schedule. I highly recommend this Hotel if anyone visit Porto Portugal. Especially perfect crew and front desk.

Lovely property with an incredible view of the river! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and reasonable priced. The beds are extremely comfortable, but the best part for me was the rooftop bar. What a great place to relax after a day's walk with an incredible view of the bridge over the river at night. We felt we hit the jackpot with this property as it was a quiet stay away from the crowds after a long day of sightseeing.
Not exactly a negative, but the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk along the river from the rest of Porto. You first arrive at the bridge crossing the river and then you must walk thru a tunnel to the actual city. At the bridge there are multiple restaurants (there is no dinner restaurant at the hotel), musicians, and an outdoor market for souvenirs. Once you leave the tunnel, the walk is straight uphill. We found the best way to navigate the City was to take an Uber to the hilltop Cathedral and walk downhill thru the shopping area.

There was not an easy drop off for luggage
It was well located and clean. Bed comfortable.
Hotel right on the river. Only slight downside was the climb up to the main town. Room was excellent. lovely view of the river and the constant ship movements. Breakfast was exceptional with every choice available. Staff very pleasant and hard working.

The property was mouldy, old it smelt bad and there was nothing good not even the staff. A complete rip off. They insisted that booking.com has my bank details so they will need to resolve my issue which is still not been resolved as each party holds the other responsible.
The property was mouldy, old and smelt bad. The front desk manager Diane Silva was rude and refused for me to escalate my issue. I requested a refund because of all the inconvenience caused. My allergy was caused as a result of mould and mildew.
O hotel é excelente! Muito limpo, organizado e confortável. O quarto é bastante agradável e bem cuidado, e a vista do quarto para o Rio Douro foi um diferencial, foi uma ótima estadia. O café da manhã é incrível, com bastante variedade e tudo muito bem preparado. Recomendo!
A ausência de vaga no estacionamento. O hotel possui estacionamento, mas não tinha vaga no momento.
