Super pobyt, jen příliš krátký !!!
Pros:

Hotel čistý, hezký, moc milý personál, při příjezdu poradil s tím, co vidět, kam zajít na dobré jídlo, vyznačil v mapě, vše ok. Trochu jsme řešily nepříjemný problém s ložním prádlem, který personál obratem a velmi dobře vyřešil, bez jakýchkoliv problémů. Při řešení situace, za kterou nemohl, byl velmi vstřícný a ochotný, takže pak už náš pobyt byl bez chybičky. Naprosto skvělá lokalita, velmi bezpečná i ve večerních hodinách, kousek do centra i starého centra, kousek od lanovky, blízko obchody, restaurace, krásná procházka po nábřeží kolem vody. Prostě vše super, moc se nám tu líbilo.

Vistes de l'habitació, i la comoditat, està a prop de tot, devant de la ria a una avinguda plena d'arbres!

Cons:

L'esmorzar és molt just, millor esmorzar fora, i crec que haguès estat bé que m'avissesin que era la setmana gran de Bilbao, no vaig poder dormir fins les 5 o les 6 de la matinada...

Location was great as we overlooked the river, buses nearby, tram over the bridge and 20 minutes stroll to Guggenheim or the Old Town.

Cons:

Se oyen demasiado los movimientos desde el pasillo, fuera de la habitación.
Se echó de menos una kettle para agua caliente y una neverita, aunque para cosas puntuales el personal te echa una mano.
