Cons:

¿Cómo pueden estar en el linde de la zona de bajas emisiones de Bilbao, a una calle de distancia básicamente, saber que vamos en coche (reservamos el parking del hotel con antelación) y no avisarnos de que calles no podíamos transitar y que nos podía caer una multa, como así ha sido? ¿Qué clase de hotel no tiene esa precaución o deferencia hacia sus huéspedes?

L'hotel ha grandissime potenzialità per posizione perfetta e per struttura delle camere, che hanno una vista fantastica

la colazione scarsa e la pulizia. Nel complesso ok ma tanti dettagli come macchie sul muro o umidità nella camera del settimo piano o lo sporco nell'ascensore stonano con la struttura dell'hotel e l'immagine che vuole dare

Well located and spacious
Pros:

Lovely, spacious, light filled room. Riverside location easy to find and easy walk everywhere. Dedicated reception desk excellent for bag delivery after the camino.

Cons:

Bathroom was less functional than the rest of the suite (despite lots of effort clearly put in to make it more accessible) and the third bed in the room was evidently a folding bed because it actually collapsed when we went to sleep. That didn't detract from our experience, but could have on another day.

Good location, bedroom was clean. Friendly and pleasant staff

Cons:

Limited selection at breakfast, especially gluten free options (for a coeliac). There was some mould on the ceiling tiles above the shower
