Pros:

Friendly lady at reception, helped me with parking my motorbike in the garage.
Room large enough, good bathroom.Wifi good.
Bed very hard, didn’t sleep well.
Breakfast very sober, no eggs no croissant, plenty of bread and cheese

Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. A pasos del ayuntamiento, del casco viejo, del puente de Calatrava. Todo se puede hacer caminando. Muy cómodo el parking pegado al hotel, aunque sea de pago. Me tocó la habitación con terraza y unas vistas preciosas al río y la ciudad. Me recibieron con café de bienvenida. Me sorprendió la ubicación y la comodidad de la habitación.
Muy amables las recepcionistas.

Nice basic hotel in good location on the river in Bilbao
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed mattress was comfortable, the desk in the room was helpful, and the room was decorated nicely. We appreciated the photo backdrop on the wall outside our window!

Cons:

Would have liked to have a couple of comfortable chairs in the room, to have someplace to sit rather than on the bed.
