Si puideran poner personal en recepcion k hable tambien español estaria genial ,pues si se me dificulta un pokito xk no hablo nada ingles ,pero de ahi en adelante todo con toda y esta situacion no cambiariamos nuestra estadia en este hotel al cual le doy mas de 10 estrellas

Excellent staff attentive to all your needs!
Pros:

I was continuously greeted professionally at the front desk by David, Domingo, Eva, and Waldo. They are pleasant and helped me with my requests. They are an excellent "face" for the Embassy Suites as they work up front.
At breakfast Linette and Tomas are ever there to accommodate all needs. Irene and Esmeralda (chefs) definitely make your meals "cooked to order".
Very professional place with lots of tremendous staff that make you feel at home. Or as Linette says, "It's better than home because of all the comforts you receive!"

Very satisfied and will go back to this location if and when I return to the Valley.
Pros:

Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks when we arrived and at breakfast, server was very friendly and helpful. He heated scrambled eggs for my sister and kept checking up on us. Room very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here 2 previous times because we had great experiences before.

Cons:

All good. Only thing was that room was not ready for us at 3pm. I believe we didn't get the room until close to 5pm. However, we had our complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited so no worries with the wait.

Great hotel with an amazing staff
Pros:

A month ago I spent two weeks in McAllen working on a large project. I did not stay at the Embassy Suites but the rest of my group did and I spent a fare amount of time there meeting with my colleagues. Even though I wasn’t a guest there the staff was always very welcoming. Most notably was Vanessa G. that works in the little lobby bar. This week we are back in McAllen for our project and I am staying at the Embassy Suites. I made it about two steps into the lobby before I heard Vanessa call me by name and was waving hello to me. Because of staff like her the Embassy Suites is my go to hotel now.
