L'hôtel est bien avec de bon équipements et un personnel agréable et réactif.

Cons:

Les alentours direct de l'hôtel ne pas agréable mais le personnel faiten sorte de le garder propre.

Pros:

Our room was big enough for 5 people, I like the bed sheet, it was clean and smells good.

Cons:

Some of the staff during our breakfast was kinda unpleasant. Probably they are just tired. Hopefully they can be accommodating and smile a bit.

Camere poco isolate dai umori esterni del tram e sirene

La peggior colazione mai fatta: inesistente e attesa lunga per sedersi visti i pochissimi posti a sedere. Poi mancava tutto sia stoviglie che cibo e nonostante questo alle 9 del mattino chiude e devi pagarla al bar

Great hotel, big room and big bathroom, nice and clean. In downtown, close to the park and the 8th street.. we got a huge room (free upgrade) which was great.

Cons:

Many many homeless drug addicts around the hotel, few steps from the hotel entrance. I wouldn't let my teenage kids to walk alone there in any time of the day. The parking costs money. There is a big less expensive parking lot across the street, but again, with drug addicts walking around. We took the risk with a rented car and nothing happened, but be aware.

Te duur slapen met chaotisch ontbijt
Pros:

Ruime kamer met complete keuken incl afwasmachine en grote koel /vries kast

Zwembadje op de tweede verdieping

Locatie is goed te lopen naar centrum

Cons:

Duur parkeren onder het hotel met een niet werkend systeem waarbij je moet bellen/appen om de deur te open (werkt niet met een Europese telefoon )

Je kont voor een gesloten deur bij Homewood, receptie alleen open in weekend voor de rest check je in bij aangrenzende Hilton Garden Inn

Onduidelijke liften welke er wel of niet naar de parking gaan

Ontbijt is een grote ongeorganiseerde bende !!

Het is er te klein, vies,alles is op en word slecht bijgevuld. Personeel loop er rond maar heeft geen idee wat ze aan het doen zijn !!
Hilton onwaardig

Heel veel daklozen/drugsverslaafden rond het hotel

Great Hotel - Fantastic Staff Team
Pros:

Accommadation is amazing, staff helpful, friendly & professional. Great Breakfast. Central location, near City Hall Train Stop.

Cons:

Even though it is a good location, the hotel is very closeby to 2 large homeless shelters. This is not the hotels fault, and has no affect on the actual interior of the hotel. (But there are drug related issues going on in the vicinity)
