No fault to hotel. But due to large homeless drug dependence population there I definitely would not recommend to famili

The hotel itself was clean. And the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable area. Sadly there are homeless drug users everywhere in this area. They are lying passed out and bent over everywhere in this area. It is unfortunate and very disturbing to walk around.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente mucho homeless en los alrededores. Aunque no es culpa del hotel, puede parecer peligroso cuando estás ingresando en las noches.

Very bad. Unsecured and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Room could have been more cleaner. Locations surrounding were horrible. Every where drug addict roaming. On Hotel stairs and in the backyard area. It was horrible. Could not walk safely around the location.

Cons:

The location was littered with drug addicts. the surroundings were filthy. Not recommended for anyone.
Travelers dont feel safe and area was made very dirty by the drug addicts.

Really nice hotel, lots going for it. Rooms are lovely.
Pros:

Suited a family of four well. Good swimming pool, gym. Rooms nicely styled and spacious. Location good. Reception quick to respond to requests.

Cons:

Mattress on Sofa bed too thin - uncomfortable for adults. Kitchen could be a little better equipped, cleaning equipment and basics like salt and paper. Breakfast on a weekday ending at 9am feels early, and contrary to other info on the TV channel.

Convenient, beds comfortable but overpriced for the service provided.
Pros:

Very close to the saddle dome and Calgary tower, parking across the street is cheaper to use and convenient.

Cons:

The room we selected was for 3 and was stated when booked, we didn’t have anything for 3 like water, cups towels and had to go back and ask, after a long day of travelling and the price it’s the small details that count. Breakfast was chaotic and no where to sit to eat it. The food was below average, running scrambled egg which I took one mouth full and had to discard.

Great place with kitchen and pool with a grocery store a crosswalk away.
Pros:

We love that check out time was at 1200 and that they have a pool and breakfast is until 10 am. So many places have earlier check outs and breakfast times we are always rushing, but not with this stay. We were not rushed and we all got a little extra sleep. Also, the two grocery stores right across the hotel were ideal for our little kitchenette set.

Cons:

The parking is not free so we ended up parking at a cheaper rate with the city. The park place is beside the hotel and its part of the city.
