Nice hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staff was great. Roons were large.

We are not city people so we were taken back by the city problems and police presence.

Hôtel correct de passage pour un séjour à Calgary
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel dans la ville, au cœur du centre à visiter.

Le déjeuner est correct mais sans plus et convient aussi bien aux personnes qui apprécient le salé et le sucré.

Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec des équipements plus que suffisants pour quelques jours sur place (évier, grand frigo). Le lit était très confortable (matelas ressort à sachet en King size)

Il y a un certains nombres de places de parking très large dans le garage sécurisé situé juste à côté de l’hôtel (30$ + taxé à ajouter) .

Il y a un restaurant pour déjeuner et diner avec un large choix de plat

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé à côté du passage du tram + travaux, si votre chambre est située à la face avant, c’est assez bruyant jusque tard au soir et tôt au matin, n’oubliez pas vos boules quies !

Les chambres n’étaient pas super propres au niveau de la moquette …

L’hôtel est malheureusement entouré d’un nombre très important de personnes toxicomanes sans abris … Apparemment ce nombre croissant est dû à la récente fermeture du seul centre d’encadrement … l’hôtel et son personnel n’en peut rien mais au vu de l’insécurité que cela induit, nous ne sommes pas sortis au soir pour souper en ville …

Nous avons dû faire un dépôt sur l’une de nos carte Visa alors que nous avions réglé l’intégralité de la somme via Booking … 5 à 7 jours ouvrables sont nécessaires pour récupérer cette caution ….

Perfect location, walking distance to most things and a great transit system for anything else!
Pros:

Very nice spacious room, small kitchenette, toiletries etc. Location was great , especially for stampede. Breakfast was adequate, quite a bit of choice. Ate in the restaurant on site, service and food were both great.

Cons:

Lots of reviews talk about the nearby homeless and drop in centres which was slightly concerning prior to arrival, yes this was evident but expected due to the hotel location, however it did not impact on my stay, police and hotel security were both visible and proactive giving confidence in managing this aspect.

Great rooms but terrible location.
Pros:

The room was very good with all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay.

Cons:

The hotel is right next to the biggest shelter and drop in centre for people with drugs problem. I didn’t feel safe walking in the streets even at Broad daylight. There were drug addicts and homeless people everywhere. The hotel had to lock its doors to stop them from coming in.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful, room was great size, comfy bed & clean, breakfast was great, close to Stampede walking about 10mins. Even though there were homeless people around I never felt unsafe. Highly recommend especially if heading to the stampede! Also holding me bags before checking in & after check out too was a bonus.

solid hotel with good looking family room

Cons:

The location was terrible, the area was filled with drug addicts all bend forward on Fentanyl. It felt I was inside Michael Jacksons Thriller clip

Perfect inside not so after hours outside
Pros:

Staff was excellent polite and helpful food was great in the cannery and the buffet breakfast was fine for us

Cons:

The surrounding area was an overwhelmingly surprise it was that uncomfortable that my wife and I walked around once after 7pm we did not feel safe unfortunately
