- Die Lage ist optimal.
- Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
- Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

- Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Die Klimaanlage bringt nicht ausreichend frische Luft ins Zimmer.
- Die Massagetermine waren für die kommenden Tage bereits im Voraus ausgebucht.
- Pool und Sauna sind viel zu klein für ein so großes Hotel. Eine Trennung für Frühschwimmer ohne Kinder ist am Wochenende nicht gegeben.
- Im Frühstücksbereich sitzt man sehr eng beieinander. Die Bewegungsfreiheit ist eingeschränkt.
- In der hoteleigenen Bar musste die Rechnung für die Getränke sofort beglichen werden.
- Die Kaffeemaschine in der Executive Lounge hatte keine Milch.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel, Preis/ Leistung ist nicht gut.
Pros:

Sehr große und komfortable Zimmer, Parking, Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr lecker. Gute Lage, zu Fuß zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Double Tree by Hilton positioniert sich als 5 Sterne Hotel und so vergleiche ich mit den anderen 5 Sterne Hotels europaweit. Unser Minikühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht mit Getränken gefüllt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Verbindungstür gebucht, die Kaffeemaschine befand sich im Kinderzimmer und nicht bei Erwachsenen ( Zimmer mit King Size) , so konnten wir sie morgens nicht nutzen. Innenpool ist zwar sehr groß, aber es gibt nur 6 Liegen und überhaupt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, überall Wasser und Schmutz auf dem Boden . Hausschuhe vom Hotel bestehen aus nur sehr dünnem Stoff, der reisst schon beim anziehen, geschweige denn Spa/ Poolbereich zu betreten. Es gibt kein Restaurant für den Dinner, es gibt nur einen, neben der Bar, wo auch Frühstück serviert wird, da kann man auch zu Abend essen, ist aber nicht das, was man in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Der Weg vom Aufzug zum Zimmer ist unendlich lang. Hotelfitness ist sehr bescheiden.

Bardzo czysto i świeżo, lokalizacja petarda. W pokoju dosyć cicho, nie licząc klimatyzacji która mimo posiadania 3 biegów działa na jednym. Do spania jednak w zupełności w porządku. Śniadania bardzo dobre, wybór duży i dobrej jakości, obsługa bardzo miła.

- klimatyzacja przy zmianie prędkości działania zawsze działa tak samo - także zgłoszone

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel sowie das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das immer bemüht war, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – das Zentrum erreicht man bequem zu Fuß in weniger als zehn Minuten. Das Schwimmbad war ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns außerdem das Frühstück: Es gab eine große Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir dennoch: Es wäre schön, wenn man die Zimmer besser lüften könnte, da sich die Fenster leider nicht einmal auf Kipp öffnen lassen. Außerdem fanden wir es etwas schade, dass beim Frühstück nur Automatenkaffee inkludiert ist. Möchte man einen speziellen Kaffee von der Bar bestellen, muss man diesen extra bezahlen – das sollte meiner Meinung nach im Preis enthalten sein.

Wybór śniadaniowy był ogromny, zaś samo jedzenie było znakomite. Lokalizacja przy centrum była bardzo korzystna przy jeździe pociągiem. Sauna, basen i jacuzzi bardzo umiliły wieczór i dobrze będę je wspominać.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die zimmergrösse überraschend groß. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage für einen städtetrip optimal.

Cons:

Der saunabereich ist Teil eines gym. Es gibt keinen ruheberwich man liegt am Pool, der mit 17 m schön groß war. Die dampfsauna hat nicht funktioniert. Die finnische war gut heiß. Durch die Fashion week leider viel Lärm auf den Fluren in einer Nacht.
