Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in einem stilvollen Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück und tollem Service, bei dem uns lei
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, ausgesprochen sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück, absolute Spitzenklasse, mit einer tollen Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen: Bademäntel, Badeschuhe, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren vorhanden. Besonders schön fanden wir die kostenlosen Brita-Wasserstationen auf den Fluren und die beiden Glasflaschen im Zimmer, die jederzeit wieder aufgefüllt werden konnten. Eine tolle und nachhaltige Idee.

Cons:

Unser größter Kritikpunkt sind die Fenster im Zimmer, die sich überhaupt nicht öffnen lassen. Dadurch hat man keinerlei Möglichkeit, frische Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen. Das haben wir tatsächlich noch nie erlebt und empfanden es insbesondere nachts als sehr unangenehm. Für uns persönlich ist die Möglichkeit, ein Zimmer zumindest kurz lüften zu können, sehr wichtig und tatsächlich ein Grund, weshalb wir bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel wählen würden.

Etwas enttäuschend war außerdem die Kaffeeausstattung. Für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir mehr als zwei kleine Portionen Instant-Kaffee und einen Wasserkocher erwartet, beispielsweise eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Auch Zahnputzbecher im Bad haben uns gefehlt. Das sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir sie jedoch erwartet.

Przemiła obsługa, z okazji urodzin otrzymałam voucher dla mnie i narzeczonego na drinka w barze. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duzy wybór, wszystko świeżutkie. Pokój był przestronny, wygodne łóżko, bardzo czysto. Strefa Wellnes na plus, jedno jacuzzi, dwie sauny i basen, według mnie wystarczająco.

Pod prysznicem zostawała woda.
