Ez egy olyan szálláshely, ahova bármikor szívesen visszamegy az ember.
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű a hotel, és gyönyörű az enteriőr. A személyzet összességében mosolygós, kedves. A szoba jól felszerelt, kiemelkedően tiszta. A reggeli változatos, finom ételekkel.

Cons:

15:00-tól lehet elfoglalni a szállást, mi 14:35-kor értünk oda. A recepciós hölgy megnézte a passportokat, és kért 20 perc türelmet. 15:30-kor már megelégeltem a csomagokkal várakozást, és az addigra már lecserélődött recepciós személyzetnek jeleztem, hogy 1 órája várunk a szobánkra, mikor vehetjük át, a kollégájával már lefutottuk a kötelező köröket. A hölgy szinte sértődötten mondta, hogy ő most jött, nem tud semmit. Szóval a recepciósok közötti belső kommunikáción volna mit csiszolni ezek szerint.
A hotel épülete megkövetelne még egy liftet, mert a magasabb számú szobákhoz nagyon sokat kell sétálni a folyosón, ami az idősebbeknek esetleg megterhelő lehet.

Wspaniały weekend, wszystkie cele zrealizowane plus relaks i wypoczynek.
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja koło Parku Słowackiego. Blisko na przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Smaczne śniadania to mało powiedziane. Była bardzo dobra kawa oraz dobre ekspresy do kawy. Latte Machiatto w gustownej szklance. Nie było kolejki po kawę. Potrawy przepyszne i bardzo urozmaicone. Doskonała jajecznica z możliwością dodania szczypiorku. Na zakończenie wyśmienity, słodki ananas. Była sokowirówka do przygotowania soków z marchewki, gruszki czy jabłek. Pychotka. Wszystko to spożywałem na zewnątrz na świeżym powietrzu na przyległym terenie ładnie zagospodarowanego podwórka. Przyjemne kosmetyki do mycia o bardzo dobra suszarka do włosów, nie takie badziewie jak w ...... innym ładnym hotelu.

Cons:

Za mała siłownia, za mało sprzętu. W łazience korek w wannie trochę przeciekał. Głośnik w łazience chyba nie działał. Drobny kłopot z wyjazdem z parkingu na koniec pobytu. Trzeba było się upomnieć o wpisanie do systemu parkingowego. Na zewnętrznym podwórku do śniadania można palić. Ja nie lubię dymu, więc mi to przeszkadzało. Powinny być kabiny dla palaczy.

Strefa spa. Nie komfortowe ze dostęp jest dla użytkowników siłowni z zewnątrz przez co jest duży ruch. Mała i niezadbana sauna fińska, sauna parowa wyłączona z użytku.
