Menschen mit Platzangst, kein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Hilfsbereites Personal, leider kein Treppenhaus vorhanden, für normalus! Teppich finde ich nicht hygienisch

מלון מעולה במרחק הליכה קצר מהעיר העתיקה, החדרים היו נקיים מאד, מרווחים ונוחים ממש, עיצוב נעים מאד, שירותיות מעולה של אנשי הצוות בקבלה,, רום סרוויס טעים במיוחד, מסעדת המלון מעולה, היה אוכל טעים במיוחד ולא יקר.
הייתי חוזרת למלון שוב וממליצה עליו בחום.

Pros:

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack waren die Betten zu weich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Von Hilton Hotels in dieser Kategorie bin ich besseres gewohnt. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind sehr laut, nach der ersten Nacht habe ich das Zimmer gewechselt.

Niestety, pobyt w hotelu nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Nikt podczas rezerwacji ani w dniu zameldowania nie poinformował nas, że jacuzzi jest nieczynne, mimo że był to jeden z powodów wyboru tego hotelu. Basen nie zapewnia komfortowego wypoczynku, ponieważ w czasie pobytu odbywały się tam lekcje pływania dla dzieci z zewnątrz, co powodowało duży hałas i tłok. Dodatkowo pracownik obsługujący strefę basenową większość czasu spędzał, korzystając z telefonu, zamiast nadzorować sytuację. Uważam, że hotel powinien rzetelnie informować gości o niedostępnych atrakcjach oraz lepiej organizować korzystanie ze strefy wellness. Niestety wyjeżdżamy rozczarowani i nie możemy polecić tego miejsca.
