Reasonable price superb service
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and we have always had a very good experience. The service you receive is excellent as we have never encountered an unpleasant staff member and very willing to assist. Our flight was cancelled from Frankfurt and I informed them at the last minute, and they made a quick adjustment. We did use their service for returning to the airport and were very pleased as our driver was excellent. The food is very good at the hotel and again the service is fantastic.

We would highly rate this hotel and enjoyed the executive lounge as well. Thank you very much.

Pros:

To już kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu i kolejny udany. Wszystko na swoim miejscu , czysto, śniadania smaczne, i super personel. Jednak tym razem muszę dać minus za przydzielenie pokoju. Przy rezerwacji prosiliśmy o pokój z widokiem na miasto, ewentualnie na dziedziniec wewnętrzny otoczony restauracjam tak jak było wpisane w opisie pokoju, a dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na malutki drugi mały dziedziniec otoczony murami .

Mieszane uczucia, biorąc pod uwagę nazwę hotelu.

Brak otwieranych okien w pokojach, brak schodów- nie ma opcji poruszania sie po schodach jesli np nie da rady ktoś jeździć windą, dziwna sytuacja z ktora spotkałam sie pierwszy raz, niestety karty zacinający sie przez co moje dziecko było w windzie uwięzione, personel na recepcji nie skóry do rozmowy , odniosłam wrażenie ze przez te 3 dni jakoś niekoniecznie chciało im sie uprzyjemniac pobyt w hotelu. Bar w lobby na + i tam obsługa bardzo przyjemna.

Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadania ok, lokalizacja bardzo korzystna.

Cons:

Brak możliwości skorzystania z basenu przez dzieci po godzinie 17 w tygodniu. A przede wszystkim brak takiej informacji podczas składania rezerwacji. Wysoka cena za parking. Szlafroki dostarczone do pokoju dopiero po kontakcie z recepcją. Nieuzupełnione kosmetyki w łazience.

A very good hotel for an urban weekend
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety
The room was quiet and bright
All the stuff members were polite and professional.
We appreciated the water station
Parking was very efficient
The location is great near all the attractions and on a quiet place

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable
The mattress was sinking in the middle
The shower head was unstable and we think that for a 5 star hotel a rain shower will be more appropriate

Could have been much better
Pros:

Food was good, and the rooms were very nice. Servie was excellent.

Cons:

Too noisy. Loud bass music from the kitchen woke us up every day at 5 o'clock.
Every time the personnel walked outside the rooms with the cart, we could hear it loud in the room.
The pool area was too small, not enough places to sit. I didn't like the fact that I had to sign up every time i wanted to go to the pool. Why can't the room card not open the door instead?

Obsługa hotelowa byla wporzadku oraz bogate sniadania. Sniadanie do pokoju tez bylo bardzo fajnie podane i dobre.

Brak okien w pokoju! Nie mozna powiedziec ze bylo okno skoro nie da sie go otworzyc. Dla mnie osobiscie porazka! Kiszenie sie w smrodzie kilkuset ludzi przedemna to nie przyjemnosc na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel. Ten problem popsul mi totalnie wyjazd. A pokoj nie byl na 30 pietrze tylko na 1!Juz jak sie wjechalo na pietro i otworzylo drzwi winy czuc bylo zaduch i ciezkie powietrze. Ponadto cale pietro z bagazmi trzeba bylo sie tluc aby dotrzec do pokoju ktory byl praktycznie na koncu korytarza. Jedna winds brak drugiej na koncu korytarza ktory byl okrutnie dlugi.
Internet ktory co kilka godzin sie rozłączał i trzeba bylo wszystko wpisywac od poczatku.
