Lage und Service könnten nicht besser sein.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage- Winzige, aber schöne und zweckmässige Zimmer. Extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Wir haben einen sehr guten Eindruck von Singapur bekommen, weil das Hotel perfekt situiert ist. Man kommt zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu einer MRT-Station und kommt in den Genuss des hervorragenden Singapurer ÖVs, aber auch zu Fuss kommt man bereits an viele Hotspots - einfach in beide Richtungen den nur wenige Schritte entfernten Singapur River entlangflanieren. Viele Hawker Center sind schnell zu erreichen - die beste Möglichkeit Singapur kulinarisch zu erkunden.
Sehr guter Service, alle Wünsche wurden freundlich, prompt und unmittelbar erfüllt.

Staff were helpful and kind. Pool area and gym were good. Buffet breakfast was pretty good, rate the omelettes. Location is lovely on the river. Plenty of hire bikes outside just download the app and go. Small 7-eleven nearby was handy and open 24/7 along with heaps of restaurants and bars.

Cons:

There was a strong scent used in the reception and hallways which was quite over powering. The rooms are pretty dark. Only one small mirror with ok lighting which with 2 females getting ready was a bit tricky I ended upgrading to a larger room as the ‘Comfy’ was very cosy for 2 friends to share the space and felt a bit claustrophobic. The toilet inside the small shower area was a bit off putting - the basin is in the living area. No wine glasses in the room, however the restaurant gave us some to use.

Smell of cigarettes in the room, very bad smell in the hotel overall, complete no view from the room- only wall and the windows of the opposite building - so I had to keep the curtains close all day long. Lucky I was staying only for one night.

Soggiorno fantastico con pochissime sbavature – Ottima scelta a Singapore!
Pros:

Posizione eccellente. l'hotel si trova in una zona decisamente tranquilla, ma con il grande vantaggio di avere parecchi locali e ristoranti a pochissima distanza.
Accoglienza super al check-in la receptionist Jessica è stata semplicemente spettacolare. Mi ha accolto benissimo e mi ha persino offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera, un gesto che ho apprezzato.
Camera e comfort: per gli standard di Singapore, la stanza era di buone dimensioni. Nota di merito per la macchina del caffè espresso con cialde gratuite e il rifornimento quotidiano di acqua, sempre gratis. Il letto si è rivelato comodissimo, garantendo un'ottima qualità del sonno. Colazione discretamente varia e adatta a diversi gusti.
Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e ci tornerei sicuramente. Consigliato!

Cons:

L'unica vera pecca della camera è stata la presenza di pochissime prese di corrente, il che è un po' scomodo oggi giorno per caricare tutti i dispositivi.
Al Check-out c'è stato qualche piccolo problemino e rallentamento burocratico nel riuscire a ottenere la copia cartacea della fattura prima di partire.
