L’hotel è straordinario negli spazi comuni: scenografico, arredato in stile. Le camere sono grandi e la posizione è ottima. Il ristorante di buon livello. Comodo il servizio di valer parking

L’arredamento delle camere lascia a desiderare: mobili segnati dall’usura, tende macchiate, porte scricchiolanti, vecchie e scrostate, con segni evidenti di mancata manutenzione

Perfect location paired with the area restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Room was great, seems like property is keeping updates current.....but our room we both said out loud at the same time, "wow the carpet could use a refresh". We'll def be back though! Loved the visit

We had a wonderful time enjoying the restaurants and bars in Covington and will come back and stay again soon!

Security was questionable appeared anyone could enter the hotel and key card access was not required for elevator. Some doors were zip tied so they didn’t latch or lock

Excellent stay and we loved all the Staff recommendations!
Pros:

All the Staff was very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing around Covington & Cincinnati. The room was beautiful, the property has an elegant bar area inside and outside Terrace. We requested shuttle service to and from the Hofbrau House in Newport and they were able to provide the ride. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so very much.
