Amazing
Pros:

A lovely stay in an old mansion, massive rooms, well appointed bathrooms and living areas. There is a small pool and lots of little extras like ice creams and snacks available.

A 500m walk away from lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Beds were VERY firm

It would be great to have breakfast provided but there are many options within a 5 minute walk

Tolles Haus. Lage ruhig und Stadt leicht erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Personal war völlig teilnahmslos und desinteressiert. Es war hilfsbereit wenn man es direkt ansprach aber ansonsten fühlt es sich unpersönlich an. Schade, man könnte deutlich mehr daraus machen.

Idiotic management
Pros:

A gorgeous-looking hotel alright, but their booking policy is ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC! I'd booked a four night stay, but missed the first night due to a flight delay. I informed the hotel of my late arrival, but there was no reasoning with them. I lost the entire booking because they refused to honour the other 3 nights accommodation which I had already paid for!!! This type of treatment is neither fair, nor good business practice!

Swimming pool was lovely. Tea and coffee available at anytime. minibar stocked. safe in room. no breakfast available. Priari at reception advised us to options for breakfast and dinner all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Both were exceptional.
