Pros:

位置佳。價錢也貼地。算乾淨。雙人房面積合理，三人房和四人房就較迫，不太舒適。
周圍有食肆。經濟預算緊，這是間不錯的民宿。
有冷熱水自動飲水機，茶包和咖啡包免費使用，但非常甜。

Cons:

沒有不滿意，這價錢就算差點，也可接受。

Overall quiet and comfortable. Able to get a good night's rest
Pros:

Walking distance to the Waterfront where there is a variety of delicious and affordable seafood
Very near to Gaya Street where the weekends are bustling with activities
Variety of sundry shops and restaurants nearby

Cons:

Managed to get a booking at the last moment, and had to climb to the third floor
The bathroom toilet was not functioning properly; it could not flushed down
The bathroom floor was uneven, with stagnant pools of water.

Es war sehr angenehm zum wohnen

Es ligt sehr Zentral nict weit von der Altstadt und auch nahe am Markt bei der Prommenade.
Warwn sehr hilfsbereit für Sehenswürdigkeiten bei der Buchung

Pros:

위치는 KOTA의 KK Plaza 와 Centre Point sabah 사이 이며 큰 길 맞은 편에 있습니다. Jabatan Kejuruteraan DBKK 근방에 위치하고 있으니 참고하세요. 직원 분은 매우 친절하였습니다. 식사를 하기 위해 숙소에서 나왔을 때 식당이나 편의점을 찾는 것은 어렵지 않습니다.

Cons:

규모가 작은 숙소이며, 엘리베이터는 없습니다. 방 크기는 1인 여행객이 묵기에는 적합한 사이즈 이지만 너무 오래 되었고, 화장실은 출입문 바로 앞에 있는데 매우 좁습니다. 수건은 큰 것으로 2장이 제공 됩니다. 침대 시트는 청소가 된 것인지 불분명하였고, 얼룩이 있는 것을 보았습니다. 따로 교체 요청은 하지 않았습니다. 실내 바닥은 나무로 되어 있고 실내화는 없으니 따로 챙겨 가면 좋을 것 같습니다. 에어컨은 잘 작동 되었지만 먼지가 있어 보였고, 작은 창문은 조그만 천으로 유리창만 가리고 있었고, 밖에서 떠드는 소리(사람, 오토바이)는 여과 없이 잘 들렸습니다. 이 정도면 가성비는 오히려 안 좋다고 봅니다. 가격은 더 낮아야 합리적일 것 같습니다. 청결도, 위치, 편의성, 정숙성, 시설 등을 중요하게 생각하는 여행객은 묵지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 조금 불편하지만 잠만 자는 경우라면 이용해도 좋습니다. 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 영어로 소통하는데 문제 없습니다.

Hotel bien placé.
Hotel basique.la fenêtre était un peu petite et donc chambre un peu sombre
Personnel sympathique et bon accueil

Cons:

Hôtel un peu sale aussi bien la chambre que les parties communes. A revoir

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kommt überall schnell hin, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Familienzimmer ist angenehm gross und alles war sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und steht gerne für Fragen zur Verfügung.

It is fairly convenient to many points of interest and a good value.. It's clean.

Cons:

The room was missing a tv and the water dispenser on the floor only had hot water so cold water involved trekking to the lobby.

Pros:

Nice room with wood floor, AC, clean and the room was spacious.
It was simple but fuctional a comfortable.
The bed was on the hard side but for us was not a problem at all (as we prefer).
At the lobby there is some coffee, filtered water,.microwave with is very useful.
The owner was friendly and helpful, he made our stay uncomplicated.
The location is good as it's central to everything.

Cons:

No elevator, but we were on the 1st floor, so not really a problem

Indah khabar dari rupa. Bilik tidak seperti dalam gambar. Tidak berpatutan dengan harga yang mahal. Bilik sempit, toilet sempit. TV dan lampu bilik rosak. TV dapat tengok 2 channel sahaja. Owner beritahu bahawa tidak ada customer pernah tanya pasal TV. Tilam keras. Jangan stay lebih daripada satu malam. Cukup untuk tidur sahaja. Itupun dengan keadaan tilam yang keras. Kalau mau iron pakaian perlu pergi ke tingkat 1 dan iron pakaian dalam keadaan bilik yang panas seperti sauna. Sangat mengecewakan.
