Pros:

Great valet services if you are driving to Trapani, the room is amazing, very comfy, nice breakfast, very well located, walking distance from the historic center and city port (where you can do tours to Favignana and Levanzo), also the staff was outsatnding, 10/10

Overall, while the staff, cleanliness and the building itself are strong positives, the dated rooms, poor communication
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind, and the hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The location is also convenient.

Cons:

One serious issue occurred when we returned from a late night out at around 2am. We had been advised that the reception was open 24 hours, but when we arrived the building was completely locked and there was no one at reception. We had never been given the entry code required to access the hotel after hours. We waited for over 30 minutes, repeatedly ringing the bell and calling the hotel, but the calls kept dropping and no one answered.

We eventually had to contact another hotel in the same group to get assistance. The situation was later downplayed by staff.

We were offered a free breakfast on one day as compensation, but this felt quite minimal given the inconvenience.

The car park recommended by the hotel also charged an extra €6 per night by classifying our small hire car as a larger vehicle, which was not clearly explained.

Hotel ottimamente arredato, personale gentile, corte interna bellissima. Il servizio parcheggio, con ritiro e consegna dell'auto direttamente in hotel è molto comodo

Short city stay, perfect location

Good place to stay in Trapani
Pros:

Nice hotel in the old center and a sort walk (15 min) to the harbor. The hotel is in a ztl area they inform you very well ahead of arrival how to get there by car and they offer valet parking which we greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The door of our room did not lock itself, this was quickly resolved when we addressed it.

Uma ótima estadia!
Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima! Perto de pontos turísticos importantes e perto de restaurantes. Fizemos tudo a pé. A equipe do hotel também se mostrou bastante solícita.

Cons:

Tivemos um pequeno incidente, mas que acabou solucionado. No segundo dia da estadia, ao retornar ao hotel, fomos informados que teríamos que deixar o hotel porque o quarto estava sem energia e não havia outro disponível. Evidentemente, não gostamos. No entanto, ao chegar ao quarto, vimos que havia energia sim; o único problema era com a luz central do quarto, situação que havíamos encontrado desde o primeiro dia e que não nos incomodou porque as demais luzes estavam acendendo. Comunicamos o fato à recepção e tudo se resolveu.

Pros:

Este hotel debería tener 4 estrellas y media en vez de 3 estrellas. Es ESPECTACULAR! Super lindo, limpio, tranquilo, bien ubicado y el personal 10/10.
