Pros:

樓下有便利商店很方便。過馬路就有 ubike，若不想開車，也可騎車至墾丁大街。若不想走遠，附近也有幾間用餐的選擇（晚餐、早餐都有）。船帆石對面，景色好。陽台可看見部分海景，光線充足。

Cons:

停車場稍微有點距離，對面免費停車格容易因為船帆石觀光客而沒位子可停。浴室有做乾濕分離但門無法完全閉合，水容易噴出去，導致腳踏墊整個濕掉。若運氣不好遇到半夜有人在樓下聊天（畢竟是超商），雖然有做氣密，還是會聽到一點，淺眠比較容易被干擾。陽台燈是自動感應的，但沒特別說明，睡前為了要找怎麼關還花了一些時間，後來是看 google map 評論才知道是感應的。
