A very good holiday for us as grandparents with our grand daughter of 5 years
Pros:

The high tea and breakfast were simply great. The beach is accessible from the hotel and our grand daughter of 5 years old simply enjoyed. The room is clean and comforatbel

Pros:

The location, the staff were very helpful, Annie was amazing she helped us with all our needs, she told us which excursions we should take and which ones we just need to take a taxi too.
Overall, the hotel is clean and worth the money we paid.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't very good was the shower in the room. The shower head was not a regular shower head, and the pressure wasn't good, but we made do. So really not a big problem.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location and a breakfast for kings
Pros:

There was little to fault about BlueSun and I would stay here again without hesitation. I did however max out and was told I had the biggest room in the Hotel, but it was worth it. The view out over the beach from private balcony, the breakfast was one of, if not the best I've ever had, and was also directly across the road from East West Brewery on the beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately German tourists had stayed prior and set the TV to German which was a little annoying. Other than that everything was excellent.

Good location, exceptional staff
Pros:

BlueSun Hotel was perfect for us. Good location with beach and places to have a cold beer nearby. The staff were exceptional, Luna at reception helped us book a train which was most helpful, another staff member recommended a fantastic local Vietnamese restaurant - Madame Lan

Потоясающее обслуживание! Персонал просто 5 звёзд-приветливые, милые, всегда готовы помочь. Все хорошо говорят на английском и при слычае переведут на ваш язык через гугл переводчик. Особая благодарность девочкам с ресепшн и девушке Luna. Как же они любят детей!
Расположение отеля очень выгодное, номера убираются каждый день. Очень благодарны и вернёмся снова!

Pros:

The ocean front room was wonderful with a spectacular view from our balcony! I was worried it might be a little loud at night, since its on a busy street with lots of bars/restaurants, but it all became quiet by 11pm each night. The breakfast was really great with lots of options and went until 10am.

Cons:

The bathroom had a weird layout and a shower curtain that didn't cover the whole tub, so we got water everywhere w/ each shower. Other than that, it was a wonderful room!

Spacious with great view and access to beach.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything. We were limited access to all amenities, like the pool, due to a formal engagement (I think - English is good but still rough at the desk). However, we were not going to use it anyway so it was of no inconvenience.

Good value for money, comfortable stay, great location and fabulous staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic. A short walk to the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff very very friendly. Emily looked after us well for our afternoon tea and Luna with our spa requests. The breakfast selection had a lot of choice and all the staff are super friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The house keeping could be improved a little.
