Our room was an excellent option for a group of friends, spacious with good in-room facilities. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety, staff very friendly, great service. Massages from the in-house spa was exceptional, well worth the price. Pool was enjoyable and well presented, bar service was very good. Front desk was very helpful with communications to local businesses on our behalf. Airconditioning in rooms was excellent. Location is great to get around, amazing seafood right next door.

Cons:

Being on level 15, we could hear some noise from the restaurant above from early morning during breakfast service, and also the splashing of the pool above that. The front room facing the main street was noisy from the restaurants/bars from across the road, but this stopped reasonably at bedtime, though indicates the front windows/doors may not be double glazed. Room service food options could be a bit more extensive.

Incredible staff- they were really attentive, and even decorated the room and included a cake for our anniversary. Big shout out to Veronica and Nguyên/Peter! It was lovely a hotel in a great location. Really enjoyed our spa treatments too!

Pros:

Right across the road from the beach. Lovely 17th floor pool and bar and outside area. All the staff were great and helpful

Ellie helped us in reception with booking tours and giving good info. Seafood restaurant next door was very good. Pity it poured all day yesterday..but then that is the weather. Lady Budda and Marble mountain with local market is a defininate day to plan. Allow at least 3 to 4 hrs in the market if you want to go clothes shopping. The breakfast is fantastic and caters for all countries.

The food and beverage senior supervisor at the eating area in 16th floor....SHYN was Fantastic. Keep up the good work all of you

Perfect stay,

I have to be honest, i booked this hotel with mixed emotions, this is my 4th visit to Danang and every time i have stayed in the hotel next door to Blue Sun, but unfortunately they didn't have availability so i booked Blue Sun as they were next door and in the location i knew i wanted to be, however as much as this not being the hotel i first wanted they absolutely exceeded my expectations and have 100% won a new customer for the next time i am in Danang,
from the minute we arrived, all staff were so friendly and helpful, Justin on reception was in regular contact asking if everything was ok with the stay and if we needed anything arranging, the staff in the spa were amazing and i can definitely recommend their services, the hotel was clean, the food was great, the location is perfect
i genuinely cannot thank them enough for a great stay
