Please be informed that the room is rented for a maximum of a 4-hour use. Guests will only be allowed to stay in the rooms during the mentioned time period as listed in the room name.
Guests must inform their flight details and check-in/out time to confirm their reservation. Arrival time can be selected and details can be added in the Special Requests Box during the booking process.
Delays/amendments in the arrival time must be informed as soon as possible prior to check-in. Guests can contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please be informed that the property is located on Basement B of Suvarnabhumi International Airport, next to the Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link Station. For arrival flights, guests have to clear immigration and the baggage area before heading down (a Thai visa will be required).
Payments made in cash can only be made in Thai Baht (THB).
To comply with the airport security regulations, each room can accommodate only a maximum of only 1 guest. A child traveling with their parents under 12 years is allowed to stay in the same room, free of charge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

It’s cozy, clean and quiet. Perfect for travelers who want to take a good rest
Toilet was pretty far. Have to go upto the first floor for it. It seems there is one closer but it was under maintenance during my stay. Once it is fully operational it will be more convenient.

The overall experience for the four-hour stay in boxtel is pretty nice and quiet. I recommend Boxtel to those who need a decent space to lie down and take a nap in Suvannabhumi Airport.
There are no washrooms/shower rooms or toilets on that floor. You'll have to go all the way up to the ground floor to use the public toilets in the airport.
Staff at the airport were nice. Rooms and air in it as well.
When I pay for two 4-hour stays, I expect to get the full 8 hours. I don’t know where I will land, how long immigration will take, or how long it will take to reach the hotel. Having to report an exact arrival time is therefore inconvenient. They state that if you are 15 min. late, you might not get the room.
They were not accommodating during the booking process. The toilet is much too far away.

Malheureusement il y a des annonces vocales qui sont faites de temps en temps car dans l‘aéroport mais le fond de bruit blanc le cache en parti heureusement!
