The fixtures of the hotel looked rather dated. The foosball near the gym is not well-maintained. Facilities could be updated to live up to the brand. The car park in front of the hotel could be sheltered.
The nicest and most comfortable room layout I experienced

I didn't expect the hotel to be so good in everything! From the check-in, room and even the service outside the main door.. everything was great. I enjoyed my stay and wish i stayed longer. This is probably the best hotel in Batam, just like some reviews have also said. A lady named "Mega" was very kind to me and the reception staff were very attentive as well. I can't wait to return to batam for this hotel!
Requested extra bed during booking (in apps). Was not informed its chargable, untll we reached the hotel. We had to change our plan.
