Pros:

The staff provided solid customer service.

Cons:

The fixtures of the hotel looked rather dated. The foosball near the gym is not well-maintained. Facilities could be updated to live up to the brand. The car park in front of the hotel could be sheltered.

Pros:

I didn't expect the hotel to be so good in everything! From the check-in, room and even the service outside the main door.. everything was great. I enjoyed my stay and wish i stayed longer. This is probably the best hotel in Batam, just like some reviews have also said. A lady named "Mega" was very kind to me and the reception staff were very attentive as well. I can't wait to return to batam for this hotel!
