Staff was extremely nice and helped in calling a taxi to take us where we needed to go
Pros:

Breakfast was just snacks. Location was close to union Arena which was where we went.

Cons:

Could have had an extra chair. No shampoo.

Had everything we needed
Pros:

The room had everything we needed and the location had a good connection to lively areas. Check-In was easy. They had some snacks available at breakfast time. I wouldn't call it breakfast though.

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the pictures online and was significantly older than expected.

It was very close to the person I was visiting.

Cons:

It was nice nothing really bad to say about it , the bathroom floors could’ve been a little bit cleaner.
