Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Limpeza geral do hotel, principalmente nas áreas comuns. Meu quarto não estava sujo, mas fora estava péssimo. Isso dá uma impressão terrível. E é algo facil de resolver. Parece desleixo.

Pros:

We came in for a Rush concert at the United Center. The Hotel was in short walking distance to the United Center. The room was a little small, but exceptionally clean. It wasn't uncomfortably small by any means. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the people staying there were going to the Rush Concert, so they were piping in Rush music in the lobby. I thought that was pretty cool.

Cons:

Parking....Their lot is pretty small. We ending up paying for parking in the garage next to the hotel.

Excellent location for events at the United Center
Pros:

Great location for concert at the United Center - only about a 10-15 min easy walk. A couple of restaurants very close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice coffee machine with lots of options on 1st floor.

Cons:

Need better signage! Drove past 3 times - nothing on the building says "Best Western", just a big sign that says Hotel Chicago. Limited hotel parking, so had to park in Teamster's Garage #87 next door for $37 overnight. Very limited breakfast - juice, coffee, breakfast bars, fruit. Could hear noise from other rooms/hall, but always bring my own fan to drown that out so didn't bother us after I turned that on. They did have a noise machine by the bed as well.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. There was no food put out for breakfast. Especially 43 hundred and seventy five dollars a night

Cons:

Lobby could have been cleaner and more staff to have rooms ready on time. So I didn't have to wait an hour and 10 minutes to get my room.

Cons:

The art on the walls is so horrible. Hot dogs and characters with blue and white squares my partner died laughing but it’s not an attractive hotel room in anyway very ugly feel like little boys room not good for dates or weekend away with ur girl.

It couldn’t been worse but it could also have been better.
Pros:

The halls smelled good and the lobby decor

Cons:

The toilet plugged for no reason then they had me plunge it. After they didn’t even know if they had a plunger. The room also smelled really weird.
