Very comfortable

Really clean Hotel! This is the one we always come to when in San Antonio! Sonia was so sweet and caring to all our needs at the breakfast bar! Definitely gonna keep coming!

This review is to make mention of that joyful and always-helpful night auditor named Alvita. She greets guests with a smile and ensures that their questions are answered and needs are met. I’ve had the pleasure of watching her as she welcomes and checks in guests, most always leaving them feeling they are special. I leave the hotel for work early in the morning and see her quite frequently, always eager to engage me with friendly banter as she makes sure that my stay measures up to the Hilton standard and that my expectations have been satisfied. She stays busy ensuring that hot coffee is always available as she assists guests with various requests from blankets to clothes hangers, and the occasional roll of toilet paper. My long stay here is coming to an end I know that I will miss the pleasant experience she is gifted to share with others.

Every aspect of this hotel has been nothing but welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sabrina, Kay and Jasmin from concierge are amazing at what they do and Sonia is a ray of sunshine!

We’ve stayed in Hampton Inns and other Hilton hotels all over San Antonio because we visit our daughter often. This hotel is a bit further away from the Riverwalk (maybe 10 minutes if that), but if you don’t mind that it’s perfect! It is by far the cleanest we’ve stayed in and the free parking is such a bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and wonderful! However, I have a favorite, and Alvita goes above, and beyond daily! Alvita, thanks for making me feel like family!

Sonia made such amazing food every morning and she was unbelievably friendly and nice the whole time! Kay and Jasmin at the front desk brightened up my days everyday when I’d make it back after working all day! Overall the best experience I’ve had with an extended stay at a hotel! 10/10 would recommend stay here!

Alvita is the most personable, sweetest lady. She remembers everyone’s name, not just my own, and always has a nice greeting. This recent stay of mine she helped me get a last minute reservation in which I’m very thankful for. You’re lucky to have her.

I don’t have enough glowing compliments to express my gratitude for this hotel. Alvita, and the entire staff are absolutely incredible! My family booked a room here during the summer on our way to Padre island and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff.
So on a quick trip back to the island for thanksgiving, we booked here again. We were hopeful to have the same great experience and to our surprise it was even better!
Our room was large and clean, the morning breakfast was amazing……banana nut bread waffles for the win!
I will continue to book with this extremely well run hotel for any trips my family makes through San Antonio!
