Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione.
Pros:

Kyoto è una città particolare: assolutamente da vedere e vivere, ma con i peggiori mezzi di trasporto pubblico che abbiamo trovato tra tutte le gradi città del Giappone che abbiamo visitato. Per questo motivo la posizione dell’hotel a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale si è rilevata vincente: vicino a tutto e permette di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città facilmente. L’hotel è spettacolare: personale cordialissimo e accogliente, stanze enormi, bagno bellissimo e un’ampia scelta di prodotti (da bagno e non) a disposizione degli ospiti. Veramente una struttura eccezionale.

Nice stay in Kyoto in comfortable hotel close to station
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet. Small but in line with Japanese room sizes, but very functional. The hotel offered a variety of toiletries on reception level which was nice.
It was also very close to Kyoto station which made it easy to arrive and leave Kyoto by train and the hotel was connected by underground shopping mall to the station, which was a bonus.

Cons:

The room was quite small and the shower was in the bathtub with a shower curtain to stop water going everywhere. I would rather have a fully functional shower with shower screen.

Pros:

朝食が美味しかった！！

Cons:

ほぼほぼ良かっただけに、ベッドメイクは綺麗だったけど周りの上のところに綿棒が残っていたり、小さなゴミが落ちていたりしたので清掃は大丈夫？とちょっと残念。

Fantastic facility, great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Proximity to train Station and undeerground walkway connectivity to it and other nearby stores during extreme heat or weather is a plus, room size, and features. The quality of the room, the support from housekeeping. Special mention to the staff, one gentelman helped us connect to JR for our lost baggage and talked local language.

Cons:

checkout timing was not flexible at all, they even asked to charge extra for a 30 min delayed request from 11 to 11:30 am as normally till 12 most hotels are flexible in Japan

Guter Standort um Kyoto zu erleben
Pros:

Zimmer klein aber ausreichend mit guter Ausstattung und schönem Bad. Lage in direkter Nähe des Bahnhofs, so dass An- und Abreise gut klappen und der ÖPNV in Kyoto gut nutzbar ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist allenfalls ok und hat nicht für alle Familienmitglieder etwas ansprechendes geboten.

J'ai été surclassée et la chambre était vraiment bien.
La salle de bain également.
La localisation près de la gare très appréciable.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner la VOD ou à connecter mon ordinateur sur la télé pour regarder un film. Le personnel m'a confirmé que ce n'était pas possible.
