Pros:

A very fine city centre hotel in an excellent location - the staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Kudos to Mr Fujii on the reception desk who took great trouble to book a restaurant reservation for me - he was so helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited for those with milk or gluten allergies, though the food allergy information was clearly labelled.

Luxurious but great value
Pros:

Top-tier hotel in an extremely central spot. It is a proper luxury hotel with great amenities, yet the rates were remarkably affordable. The room was huge and well thought out. A special thanks to the staff, who were super helpful with our bags and every little detail. Definitely worth every penny.
