The staff are the greatest people you could find. They couldn't do more for you. Kind warm hearted and fun. The location in so central and easy to find. Its convienent to 106 ans 206 busses that take you to Temple and shrine areas.Best breakfasts and Really comfortable room. It is also linked directly underground to the train station and subway

It is close to train Kyoto train station . Actually after you get off the train, you just need to go to the basement and walk towards the hotel. Near a supermarket, Shopping and food. Having a laundry facility is also a plus.

Cons:

We availed of the breakfast during our stay, and while there was some variety from day to day, the menu was largely the same each morning. The food was decent, but if you are staying for several days, you may find the selection repetitive.

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL WE STAYED IN JAPAN!!!!
Pros:

Everything!
In Japan standard- i think this place is excellent! The room was spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable. We get bottled water, free room cleaning, we can borrow umbrellas for free, the amenities were good.
Staff were accommodating and friendly. By far the best hotel we stayed in Japan. Now we are in Tokyo, we felt we downgraded! We should have book with Daiwa again.

Please keep it up, as I will recommend you guys to my friends!!!!

Il posto ideale per chi ancora non è pratico degli spostamenti in città, ma non solo.
Pros:

Vicinissimo alla stazione di Kyoto e fermate bus. Ambiente molto accogliente e stanze super accessoriate.
