Nice and pleasant stay for my family
Pros:

Clean and cozy

Cons:

Used towels no place to hang and if possible also provide a hook to hold hand tower

Good stay !
Pros:

Great for a one-night stay
Pros:

The room is modern, quiet and comfortable. The cleanliness was around 8/10, and overall it was a comfortable stay for a night. Considering the price, I think it was worth the money

Cons:

It’s not very convenient to get food as most places require a 5–15 minute walk. The toiletries are shared instead of individually provided. Also, the lower part of the bathroom door is opened, so bathroom smells can sometimes come into the room, which was a little uncomfortable

Beautiful interior and plenty of food options around.
Pros:

Nice interior design to make it feel like a luxury mansion rather than a commercial hotel. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Cons:

Only cash option is available for the deposit. So make sure you prepare cash on hand when checking in.

Comfortable, and would choose to stay here again if I am back to visit.
Pros:

Location was walking distance to many food and entertainment options in Mount Austin. 24-hour reception and security guard at night made the stay felt safe.

Cons:

Rooms were not soundproof and could hear people at the corridor. Hotel was clean and comfortable, but corridor felt a little "dark" when I first arrived, probably due to the visual clutter from the carpet and wallpaper.

Location is convenient and the room size is good.
Pros:

Bath tub was choked. Aircon is a bit old and has a loud noise.

Cons:

Room was not made up although we indicated the make-up room signage. Room was clean after we realised it was not made up at 3pm.
