Decent for a short stay
Pros:

The property was close to the arena, ten min walk. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

$100/per night incidental fee. It is not listed on the website, that was a sticker shock

Staff was excellent, proximity to arena was perfect, street noise at bedtime was VERY BAD.

I booked my stay through booking.com. which i always use. I get to this hotel and they do not have my reservation. Staff said I had to contact booking which I did. Booking had reservation. Now keep in mind after 45 minutes at 11pm with a tired 3 year old. Your staff continued to say it was a booking.com error. Offered no solution for me. Until the second call to booking and booking stating why doesn't she offer you a room? You havent paid yet. You pay at hotel. So 45 minutes later I get a hotel room at 11:45pm. Keep in mind my reservation was $200 now I had to pay $300 for the same size room.

Pros:

Trey was awesome kind respectful and super patient the entire time. Young man did such an amazing job

It was okay but it could have been better

Nice location. Very quiet place.

Cons:

The front desk person when I checked in. She saw me struggling to go inside to check in and the door wasn’t opening for me. She didn’t give us information on how to use the key with the elevator. Did not tell us about the breakfast or the times it’s available. But my check out was amazing, she was pleasant, helpful, kind and generous. Gave me the correct answers to my previous questions. You can see the pride in her work and she is a wonderful asset to your company. She made me feel the way I should have felt coming in on the leaving side.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was great!
Pros:

The Staff was amazing as soon as we walked in the door! The valet guy was super nice! The ladies at the front counter didn't disappoint either! Breakfast was great lots of options to choose from. The room had everything needed and was very clean!

Cons:

Nothing, we will stay here again!

It was fine for one night and where we were going
Pros:

Convenient to our destination

Cons:

Paid for a queen size room and got a full. Pillows didn’t have pillowcases and took over half an hour to get new ones. Room phone didn’t work to reach front desk. Construction on building next door began very early.
