What we did not like:

At check-in, we were told that our stay included three complimentary one-hour activities: kayaking, sailing, and SUP boarding. However, later the marine service staff explained that kayaking was only allowed in the open ocean, not near the shore, and if assistance or an instructor was needed, activities would become chargeable. When we asked for clarification, we received inconsistent information. If there are restrictions or additional conditions, they should be explained clearly in advance.

The room had a strong sewage smell, and soundproofing was poor — we could hear outside noise. There was a rooster near our room crowing loudly every morning from around 4 a.m every few minutes., which made it impossible to sleep.

Housekeeping felt inconsistent: sometimes cleaning was partially done in the morning and partially in the evening. There was only soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, nothing else. Towels were not always replaced, and one mug in the room appeared to have been left dirty by previous guests. Also clothes took several days to dry.

Unfortunately, we found a large cockroach in our room, which was really disgusting and made us feel uncomfortable.

The biggest disappointment was the beach. During our stay, there were strong waves, many rocks and corals underfoot, and the water was not always clear, making swimming uncomfortable. There's no swimming pool here.

It is also worth noting that many activities require additional payment, and evenings on the island felt very quiet and dark, so guests looking for entertainment may find the resort somewhat boring.

The room could be cleaner. When we reached the sheets were already dirty and seems they weren't changed from the previous guest. I waited the whole day not being able to rest in bed because the housekeeping service is slow to respond to requests, even when we asked for water.

All inclusive had great options for drinks at the restaurants and bar but in your room theres only water and tea/coffee. More access to soft drinks would be nice but not a reason to not come here as the place is unreal.

Their staff is not trained on emergency or challenging situation as I had an incident there that some of the staff steal money approx 2000 usd from bag when I was at the beach. It was very much shocking as I was expecting that I am at resort where movement is pretty limited and it must be very safe. When i complaint to the property, they indirectly balming us rather than to help us or try to see their weak area where they should improve their security and investigate it properly to avoid such situation in future. It was very upsetting as I spent almost 1.5 days communicating with police and really spoil my holiday. They dont have any CCTVs there and if anyone will lose something, they have no SOP or system how to react or handle that situation.

Staff were not cooperative and rude. Room service was not as per 5 stars hotel or resort. We were cheated because the service and price was far below as advertised.

Rocks by the shore, so you need to be careful while snorkelling. Wearing a pair of shoes while in the water would help.

My all money was stolen from my own room which was locked. And no one from resort took responsibility. They have no cameras and room door card details were telling room was opened by me or by cleaning staff but they didnt took responsibility. I wasted my money on this trip. They kept me busy in questioning and at the end they told me they cant do anything if something happened. Its not their responsibility

Its costly anything you order is easily around 100 dollars and over for one meal.. I booked a sunrise lagoon but I instead got other room and no one even asked me once before changing it.
