Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! The island is like paradise, the water is crystal clear and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and always helpful.

Pros:

Great staff, very good choice of all food, nice beach (be aware of corals at some parts), good service at bars. Clean. Only 15min from airport. In the evening you see lights of neighbouring islands, so not full isolation but I did not mind.

Pros:

I travelled with my sister and we had an excellent stay. The staff is very kind and supportive. The ambience of the resort is really nice. Access to the ocean is great as well. Perfect place to slow down and unwind.

Cons:

Отель очень уставший и явно требует реновации. Полотенца старые, с неприятным запахом и даже с дырками. Территория неухоженная, повсюду чувствуется запах химии и прачечной, так как белье стирают прямо на территории отеля.

Номера категории Garden очень старые. Нам поменяли два номера, но в обоих ощущался сильный запах туалета и сырости. Несмотря на низкий сезон и большое количество пустых вилл, отель не пошел навстречу и не сделал апгрейд.

Из плюсов — вкусная еда и очень хорошее обслуживание в ресторане. Персонал ресторана действительно старается и оставил приятное впечатление.

Su personal muy amable, Wayan no tanto, pero en general todo muy bien.

وصلت مبكرا وانتظرت اكتر من ثلاث ساعات في الاستقبال لاستلام الغرفه والخروج المتأخر يجب ان تدفع الساعه ب15 دولار
الطعام غير متنوع بما يكفي
لا يوجد أنشطه في ألجزيره
حجزت حجز كامل ودفعت مسبقا وعند الوصول تم طلب دفع مبلغ إضافي ضرائب على الشخص 12 دولار في اليوم

Staff' were polite and very supportive especially Subha , Rabbi and all the staff in Maaga restaurant .
Excellent food.

Cons:

Garden furniture need updating.
Bedding hygiene need improvement.
Bathroom drainage was blocked, it took over an hour to drain after every shower.
Blood stain on the bedding quilt.

Das Personal war mega freundlich, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Bar war sehr schön, dass sie kurzfristig movie night gestrichen haben damit wir nochmal karaoke singen können. War richtig cool 🙈

Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel personnel is very professional, kind, approachable. Thank you to restaurant personnel, they were always greeting with a smile, had a small talks with us, we didn’t need to approach them - they were approaching us. Thank you to cleaning team. One day we were chilling on a terrace, while we had “do not disturb “ on our room, the guy approached us asking if we need anything, we didn’t at that moment. By the evening, he placed us clean towels on a chair, toilet paper, toothbrush. They are paying attention to all details, which makes your stay very comfortable. After Malahini we had reservation in Male, and Malahini got in touch with them to arrange our arrival time to Male so next hotel can pick us up from airport. The food was really delicious. We stayed 7 nights, HB. Every dinner you have new variations of dishes. The breakfast is pretty same but you have everything: porridge, different types of eggs, fruits, vegetables, sweets. Everything was perfect.

Cons:

1.It’s not about property however I believe would be better if the hotel would not allow to smoke on a beach. People are smoking and disposing cigarettes on a sand.
2. It was a confusion for me, while I booked this say, I saw that I have an offer saying that for stays from 1st May with more than 3 nights, the boat will be for free. However, we stayed 7 nights from 30.04 and we didn’t get it for free.
