You get what you pay for
Pros:

I liked that they had helped us right away, I had booked the wrong day by mistake but they happily accepted my cancellation free of charge and let me stay that night. Very nice of them to do so! Staff is amazing and location is perfect. we had 4 beds eventhough we were 2 people. The AC is fantastic!

Cons:

There were some ants in the shower of the top floor (we were on the 6th floor). but once i washed them down, they didn't appear again, you get what you pay for i guess. At night its not the most pleasing thing to walk around the neighbourhood.

Preiswertes Hotel in Nähe des Zentrums, mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, Frühstück recht einfach
Pros:

Gut gelegenes preiswertes Hotel in Patras, nahe zum Hafen und Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig und reichlich Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Freundliches Personal, Zimmerpreise moderat. Getränke an der Rezeption erhältlich, sehr löblich.

Late checkout war gegen 15 Euro Aufpreis möglich. Zimmerausstattung dem Preisniveau entsprechend eher einfach.

Cons:

Leider kannte meine Klimaanlage, die zwar grundsätzlich funktionierte, eher zu warm oder zu kalt, war ein very LowBudged Modell, lies sich irgendwie nicht richtig einstellen. Deswegen eine Note Abzug.

Tja, und das Frühstück, naja, das war nicht so ganz doll, der Kaffee aus dem Automaten, leider nur Toastbrot, da ist noch Luft nach oben. Ging so...

Struttura da rimodernare
Pros:

La posizione, la vista mare dal balcone e il posto auto privato.

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata. C’erano ospiti molto giovani che hanno fatto molto rumore, ogni giorno, andando a giro fra le stanze sbattendo le porte. Non mi pare che il personale della struttura gli abbia detto qualcosa.

Απροβλημάτιστη διαμονή.
Pros:

Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Άνεση στο πάρκινγκ. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία (Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη, αλλά και μακριά από φασαρία-κίνηση. Παραλία και φαγητό περπατώντας). Πεντακάθαρο.
Τα μικρά Μείον δεν χαλάνε την γενικά καλή εικόνα της όλης διαμονής

Cons:

Μικρά μείον: - Το μέγεθος του δωματίου (σχετικά μικρό και ντουλάπα ουσιαστικά αρκετή μόνο για την γυναίκα...).
- Μη καλή ηχομόνωση (ότι λέγαν στο διάδρομο ακουγόταν καθαρά και μέσα, καθώς και ομιλίες από το διπλανό δωμάτιο).
- Τέλος το ντους πολύ μικρό.
