Pros:

The location is excellent. The double bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The apartment has two lovely balconies overlooking a beautiful garden, and they are shaded for most of the day, making them the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The apartment is cleaned regularly, and the towels are changed frequently. A special thanks to Violeta, the housekeeper, who is always kind and friendly.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that there are no mosquito screens on the balcony doors, so it's best to keep the windows closed in the evening to avoid mosquitoes. The air conditioning works very well, so this wasn't a problem. The kitchen is small, although it is very well equipped with everything you need. The shower cabin is also a bit compact, so you need to be careful not to let water spill onto the bathroom floor.

La struttura gode di una posizione strategica che consente di raggiungere facilmente i principali servizi della zona, come negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Allo stesso tempo, il mare è raggiungibile in pochi minuti, permettendo di alternare momenti di relax in spiaggia a tutte le comodità del centro. Una soluzione ideale per chi desidera vivere una vacanza pratica, confortevole e senza la necessità di utilizzare frequentemente l'auto.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che migliorerei è la dimensione della doccia, che risulta un po' piccola. Per il resto, non ho riscontrato alcuna criticità durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza pienamente soddisfacente.

Wonderful host, great value and perfect location.
Pros:

Breakfast not supplied. Perfect location with close access to the beach and shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful host.

Cons:

Equipment for self catering were sparse but we always eat out so didn't matter to us but would be a worry for those who cook for themselves.

Am avut o vacanta linistita aici,chiar ne-am relaxat si copii s-au super distrat.
Pros:

Proprietate foarte aproape de plaja,zona centrala.Noi am fost doua familii cu copii,eu as zice potrivit pentru copii.Au si un mic loc de joaca.Are o mini kicineta(plita),ne-a fost tare utila.

Cons:

Un mic minus as zice ca l-a avut faptul ca aerul conditionat era in dormitor,nu puteai sa ii dai drumul decat inainte de a intra la somn.(Cel putin cu bebelus noi nu l-am pornit,decat daca nu eram in apartament).
Ps:nu stiu daca toate camerele il au la fel.

Feeling home.
Pros:

The host made the best of the place. The space is very well used and very clean It is not at the beach, so from the lower apartment there is no vue, but it is on strolling distance.
The host ist most welcoming and flexible. Value for money is thus excellent.

Pros:

Posizione strategica, praticamente sul mare a 2 minuti a piedi dalla via principale di Platanias in cui sono presenti tutti i servizi. Ottima posizione anche per visitare le spiagge principali 1 oretta Falasarna e 1 e mezza Elafonisi. Noi abbiamo decisono di soggiornare qui perché avendo un bimbo di 2 anni ci sentivamo più tranquilli ad avere tutti i servizi a portata di mano essendo anche a 20 min di Macchina da Chania. Molto gentile Maria e anche la ragazze delle pulizie.

Hidden Gem- Lovely, Quiet & An Awesome Host
Pros:

Both Maria the host and Violeta the cleaning lady were exceptionally warm, hospitable and super accomodating.

We travelled with two small children and the location and cleanliness were perfect. The apartment was in a lovely, quiet garden, just a stone's throw from the beach, pool and stores.

Highly reccomended for families!
