Excellent palace 5 etoiles
Pros:

L’hôtel dans sa globalité est très luxueux à la hauteur d’un palace. Dès le lobby, on plonge dans une ambiance feutrée et soignée. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. On nous a même offert des boissons dans le restaurant près de la piscine, ce qui est une attention appréciable. La hauteur sous plafonds des chambres est très haute. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Cons:

Les repas servis près de la piscine ne sont pas terribles.

Очень уютные рестораны с великолепной кухней
В номере чисто, уборку делают тщательно, никаких лишних запахов плесени нигде, номер в идеальном состоянии, туалеты и ванные с видом на город с окнами в пол - к этому надо привыкнуть , все со вкусом и удобством,в нашем номере было несколько гардеробных, большая гостиная с кабинетом и великолепным видом нс город
Персонал очень вежлив учтив, нам помогали абсолютно во всем, все говорят по английски
Это был наш завершающий штрих в 2 месячном путешествии по Малайзии и островам и он был великолепным, спасибо всем за такой превосходный отдых!

Exceptional luxury, outstanding service and attention to detail that made our stay truly special.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is on another level when it comes to luxury and service. The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, but it was the attention to detail that really made the stay special.

The Butler Service was fantastic, and we loved the daily treats and little touches that were delivered to our room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with an amazing selection and excellent service. Even small details, such as being offered a choice of hot or cold water at the table, demonstrated the level of thought that goes into the guest experience.

Everything felt luxurious, polished and special. This was one of the standout hotels of our trip and we absolutely loved it.

Cons:

Very little. The location was slightly further from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC than we would ideally have liked, but that was down to our choice of location rather than a criticism of the hotel itself.

Enjoyable week spent at the St Regis
Pros:

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great but the standout was breakfast which was head and shoulders better than other comparable hotels.

Cons:

The hotel does not book nannies or childcare. You must supervise your children in the kids club at all times or find a nanny externally. Every other 5star hotel we have stayed in provides this service so this was a bit disappointing.

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

Probablement le meilleur hôtel de Kuala Lumpur. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients et très réactif. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables.

Cons:

L’emplacement est relativement éloigné du centre ville et n’est pas situé dans une rue où l’accès à des commerces de proximité, monuments ou restaurants est simple sans utiliser la voiture. Proche de la gare centrale.
