Schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichen, professionellen Personal
Pros:

Es war wunderbar ruhig und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Man hat auch wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind in Hamburg auch viel wert! Der nächste Park and Ride Parkplatz ist auch nicht weit weg und mit der S Bahn ist man schnell in der Hamburger Innenstadt.

Unserem Sohn hat der Pool gut gefallen, der auch sehr sauber war. Und das Frühstückes Buffet war ein Traum!

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen. Und unser Mülleimer war nicht geleert beim einchecken. Kann passieren, ist aber bei der Preisklasse nicht so schön gewesen.

Großstadtlage – und trotzdem im Grünen.
Pros:

Großstadtlage – und trotzdem im Grünen. Die Fahrt in die Stadt ist mit dem Auto unkompliziert, dauert lediglich etwas länger. Dafür lädt die Umgebung zu Spaziergängen, Joggingrunden oder Radtouren im Grünen ein.

Cons:

Das Laden von E-Autos ist nur mit einer Karte möglich, die beim Portier erhältlich ist. Bei späterer Ankunft ist das Laden nicht mehr möglich. Allerdings ist das eher ein Luxusproblem, da sich mehrere Schnellladestationen auf dem Weg in die Stadt befinden.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön!

Cons:

Zimmer Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig! Leider verstehen wir zuviel vom Kochen und Essen! Wir haben zweimal gegessen und es ist alles schön angerichtet! Aber handwerklich fehlt es sehr!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Man kann dort stundenlang in der Natur entlang der Alster spazieren gehen. Der Indoor-Pool war sehr angenehm, und schon vor dem Frühstück benutzbar. Das Zimmer war für uns groß genug und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Perfekt für mich
Pros:

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, schöne Zimmer, sehr ruhig gelegen, da der Fitnessbereich auch von Anwohnern genutzt wird ist er für ein Hotel sehr gut ausgestattet mit Raum für freies Training, wunderschöne Natur perfekt für meinen Hund, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, den spa Bereich habe ich nicht genutzt kann daher dazu nichts sagen.
