Pros:

Rooms were a decent size & comfortable. Staff were helpful & friendly. Pool area was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was just OK. Pool was way to chlorinated but I understand why.. Shuttle bus to private beach no longer exists even though they advertise it. You can make your own way to the partner hotel @ the beach though & enjoy th facilities.

Excellent comfortable stay close to the old town.
Pros:

Friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent location close to the old town. Lovely selection of food at breakfast.

Cons:

Only one point the shower over the bath had poor pressure and flooded the floor because it did not sit in the fixture.

Not luxury but feels comfortable in a weird way
Pros:

Went with 2 friends, booked 2 rooms. Not super fancy hotel but feels easy to stay. We came during some local festival days so outside was busy. Pool helped us relax after walking a lot. Staff talk normal, not too scripted like some places. Food by pool was decent.

Crowded holiday but still felt calm inside
Pros:

Stayed here during the April 30 holiday, outside was crazy busy but inside hotel kinda peaceful. Check-in took a bit but staff handled it ok. Room was clean, balcony facing pool was nice to sit at night. Breakfast not too big but enough. Walk to old town very easy. Good spot if you don’t like noise.

The perfect holiday near Hoi An Ancient Town.
Pros:

The holiday was fantastic. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Peter. Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The hotel is right next to the old town, so it's very convenient. I will definitely bring my family back here again.

Great service and quick problem resolution
Pros:

A very warm welcome. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, though a bit noisy due to the street. We were immediately moved to a room with a pool view. The breakfast was plentiful, and the team was very dedicated, especially Peter. I highly recommend staying here.

A 5-star experience with outstanding service
Pros:

The hotel room was fantastic, a 5-star standard, overlooking the pool. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were very kind and enthusiastic, especially Peter. I couldn’t praise this hotel more. If we return to Da Nang (definitely), we will stay here again.
