Toilet and bathroom doors can’t be closed. Every thing is audible. Temperature control light controls were confusing as all electronically controlled.

O hotel em si é bonito e fica em frente à estação de metrô , tem um café da manhã bom padrão europeu,camas e toalhas confortáveis
Mas só isso não faz com que nenhum hotel seja o ideal e este esta longe disso…

Cons:

Fiz minha reserva pelo Booking e percebi bastante descaso da recepção do hotel desde a chegada, reservei 3 diárias e fiquei 2 sem ar condicionado no quarto e ninguém resolvia. Entrei em contato pelo booking que pressionou um pouco mais e ajeitaram no último dia , mas funcionou por apenas 4h e parou novamente…
O hotel não ofereceu nenhum tipo de compensação pelo valor já pago e também não se mostrou em nenhum momento empatia em resolver a situação, me pareceu ser frequente isso lá , vi várias pessoas reclamando..o guest relation Robert até disse que iria resolver, mas não aconteceu…
Limpeza deixa a desejar e localização também não é das melhores
Não voltarei e não recomendo, já fiquei em hotéis melhores pelo mesmo valor em Londres
Precisam melhorar muito, principalmente no atendimento, porque a estrutura é bonita, falta empatia
