Am Pool war es stellenweise nicht sauber
Die Lage war top. Die Zimmer groß und geräumig.
Das Bad war nicht ganz sauber (Flecken im Waschbecken und am Boden) und der Behälter der Haarspühlung in der Dusche wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
The hotel was well located for the London Eye and Westminster. Most of the staff were polite and professional. Swimming pool, steam room, sauna and fitness suite were great.
Dome of the staff were not very freindly and a bit rude.

Good location
Check in was chaotic. Did pre check in then the key in the app didn't work, so doing all the steps was pointless. Shower was pretty weak. Found two dark hairs in the bed, would have complained to reception but the desk was busy and only two people on it. Breakfast was ok
