Todo estuvo a la altura

Cons:

La salida del apartamento tan temprano a las 10:00.
Así como que la entrada sea a las 16:00 es verdad que la entrada pudimos hacerla a las 12:50 y no hubo ningún problema

Сервис- ужасный! Не ведитесь на фото океана- это единственное что там хорошее!

Только вид из окна и возможность обедать на лоджии. В остальном откровенно пишу как есть - я розачарован! Номер оказался в худшем состоянии чем на фото! Я сразу попытался позвонить им- они не брали трубку.

Cons:

Много чего! Во первых сервис- берите трубку когда вам звонят в 18:00 думаю оно того стоит! Почините мебелье-! Вся мебель старая! В спальне - окно выходит на коридор отеля - спать не возможно - если закрыть окно дышать нечем - если приоткрыть то шум отдыхающих людей которые просто разговариватю слышно! Створки провисшие, ржавые ручки! Болты торчали на двери на лоджию ! И когда обосновано клиент хочет отменить бронирваоние приэтом готов оплатить те сутки которы он прожил- я б на вашем месте шел на встречу! Иначе видно что вы не заинтересованы в предоставлении сервиса, а заинтересованы чтоб заманить клиента и не отдавать деньги при не соотвествии услуги заявленнойму вами качеству! В том районе огромное количество аппартаментов- которые или дешевле или также по стоимости только действительно в хорошем качестве (свежий ремонт и современное оборудование). Кровать со старым и слижком мягким матрасом! Кофеварка- мы ей не пользовались. Фото я прилагаю , чтоб подтвердить мои слова! Мы жили в номере 219! Делайте вывод сами! Расположение очень не удобно - далеко до центра ! Стоимость выше чем у хорошо отремонтированных аппартаментов в центре с видом на океан! Персонал - от вас отмораживается и никак не отвечает на запросы!

Die Küchenmöbeln waren ziemlich alt und abgenutzt, teilweise verschimmelt.
Die Fensterläden der Schlafzimmer und die Ventilatoren waren ziemlich schmutzig und sehr verstaubt.
