Pros:

Bardzo fajny, przestronny, czysty i nieźle wyposażony apartament w przystępnej cenie. Ważnym atutem jest przestronny balkon na którym można spędzić przyjemny wieczór. Fajny basen na dachu ośrodka. Sprzątanie i wymiana pościeli co kilka dni. Dużo dostępnych miejsc parkingowych w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie obiektu.

Cons:

Pewnie kilka drobnych wad by się znalazło, ale patrząc na stosunek jakości do ceny, nie warto o tym wspominać :). Jedynie zwróciłbym uwagę na rozkładaną sofę, która już chyba powinna zostać wymieniona na nową.

Apartamento 317: imposible descansar por el ruido de la piscina
Pros:

Apartamento amplio y con bonitas vistas al mar, pero el ruido infernal del motor de la piscina, que estaba justo encima del apartamento, 317, eclipsó todo lo bueno.

Cons:

Resultó que la piscina estaba en la azotea, justo encima de nuestro apartamento el 317, y el zumbido del motor era infernal. Teníamos 3 días reservados, tras la primera noche y no poder descansar, hablamos con recepción pero no nos cambiaron el apartamento porque dijeron que no tenían disponibles. Solicitamos que apagaran el motor de la piscina y tras consultarlo dijeron que no, que pusiéramos la queja al email que nos dieron, a ver si desde la dirección ponían solución a esto, que saben perfectamente que ocurre. Hemos puesto la queja y solicitado compensación por las molestias ocasionadas, y estamos a la espera de una respuesta. Es increíble que ofrezcan este apartamento. Muy decepcionados. Algo que no te esperas ni por asomo en unas vacaciones.

Excellent emplacement mais ne pas prendre l’appartement 316 juste en dessous de la piscine rooftop (trop de bruit)
Pros:

La vue incroyable depuis la terrasse.
Le calme du quartier.
La taille de l’appartement
La réactivité et les réponses très rapides dès la réservation (communication via whatsapp )

Cons:

La piscine située en rooftop, qui était juste au dessus de notre chambre. Nous avions choisi un app. haut de gamme dernier étage terrasse panoramique. Le bruit du moteur de la piscine a véritablement été gênant même pour dormir la nuit. Nous en avons parlé à la réception qui nous a dit revenir vers nous… sans avoir aucune nouvelle ensuite. Des voisins malveillants sont allés dans la piscine à minuit malgré l’interdiction et nous ont donc empêchés de dormir également. Il ne devrait pas être possible d’y accéder la nuit. La fermeture n’est pas assez sécuritaire et il n’y a aucun vigile ni gardien après 17h30 dans toute la résidence.
De plus, les portes de placard de cuisine mériteraient d’être révisées et l’équipement de la cuisine est un peu sommaire (c’est un appartement pour 6 et il n’y a que 2 petites poêles de cuisine, pas de lave vaisselle…).

AGRADABLE ESTANCIA EN EL PUERTO DE LA CRUZ
Pros:

Nuestra apartamento ponía que tenía vista parcial al mar, tenía una vista preciosa de un jardín con palmeras y se veía muy bien el mar. Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad de la zona en la que se encuentra ubicado y pudimos aparcar en la calle todos los días sin problemas. Lo hemos utilizado como lugar desde el que movernos para recorrer la isla y ha funcionado muy bien. Andando al paseo marítimo hay unos 25 minutos, aunque a la vuelta tiene mucha cuesta. Al cuarto día nos hicieron una limpieza y cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas. Tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

El horario de piscina, cierra a las 19:30 deberían ampliar el horario un poco.

Un super rapport qualité prix !

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer 😍 . ( attention si vous êtes au premier étage avec vue mer il y a un mur juste devant le balcon donc la vue n’est pas folle 😅 )

Très propre avec un personnel vraiment au top !

Petite piscine chauffée avec vues incroyables sur la mer et la montagne.

Ce n’est pas la première ni la deuxième fois qu’on réserve cet appartement, et ça ne sera sûrement pas la dernière 😉

Cons:

Peut être le canapé lit à changer car les accoudoirs ne tiennent pas et le matelas n’est pas vraiment confortable !

La limpieza están las ventanas y railes de ventana falta limpieza y algo de desratización de plagas, y sofá cama no es para que esté en el un adulto y un niño deberían modernizar el mobiliario.
