A welcoming hotel where we felt genuinely cared for, supported, and as comfortable as we do at home.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendly smiles, even though the hotel was extremely busy. That first impression set the tone for our entire stay.
Every member of the staff, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping team, was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed.
The receptionists were all exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and helping with any questions or requests.
A special thank you to Talia in the restaurant. One morning we arrived late for breakfast, after they had already started cleaning up, yet she graciously prepared food for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness, generosity, and dedication truly made us feel cared for.
The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job. They kept our room spotless and were always friendly and thoughtful whenever we saw them.
The outstanding hospitality of every member of the team made our stay truly memorable. We are so grateful for their hard work and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The room could have used a little more thorough cleaning when we first arrived, but as soon as I mentioned that my children have dust allergies, the staff responded immediately and took care of it. We truly appreciated how quickly and kindly they addressed our concern.
The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty when we arrived. Since we had brought our own toiletries, we didn't request a refill, so it wasn't a problem for us.

I couldn’t wait to get home
Pros:

Convenient for the location

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, the staff couldn’t cope with the number of guests. Corridors had trays for hours left outside.
On the first day we were told they’d run out of room slippers.

overall very good and convenience hotel.
Pros:

Location was brilliant as it is walking distance to the underground station.

Breakfast is awesome with a lot of selection. Room was good size and comfortable for the family.

Cons:

The subway connecting to the underground station is very messy and dirty. For the comfort of the guest, i suggest the hotel to do "a little more" to clean up the subway.

No lock in the bathroom and no convenience for the bathroom and toilet to share one door.

Comfortable base in a very central place.
Pros:

Closeness to Central Middlesex Hospital. Tasty breakfast. Delicious dinner. Generally friendly staff.

Cons:

Minor quibbles. Faulty kettle in room 513 … had to keep my finger on the kettle to get it to boil .. and squeaky bed; albeit it was nonetheless comfortable.
