Avoid!!!!!
Pros:

The style of the hotel was nice lovely essence in the lobby waitress was very polite and one member of staff at the help desk was very helpful when I needed to book a taxi

We arrived a few hours early and we were checking in at the desk when we were asked (in a polite way) if we wanted to avoid an early check in fee which is usually £10 per hour if we go on to Google and leave a 5 star review with any positive comment they would not charge us which i did, it then dawned on me I booked this hotel based off the positive reviews so this was not a good sign..why would any decent hotel need to do that in order to get positive feedback before we have even made it to our room? After a few hours relaxing in our already clean room a light tapping of fingers was made on our door for about 20 seconds both myself and my teenage daughter did not make a sound and then a cleaner with no cleaning trolly or equipment entered in to our room and got a fright when she seen us there as she went to leave I asked what she wanted and she stuttered and made up some excuse like she left something there earlier on but said oh its fine its not here (she never even walked fully into our room to see weather this so called item was there or not) so this was a lie and she literally ran off. We were so scared to leave our belongings so we hid everything of value and took what we could fit in our bags to the harry styles concert which we shouldn't of had to do. After digging further I found alot of reviews of robbery in this hotel so thank god we got up and left as soon as we could the next morning but did not feel safe would never stay here again its obvious what goes on

It was a fabulous and marvelous stay.
Pros:

The location is so central and makes movement to and from rather easy and visitation my friends not cumbersome.
