Nice place, cold pool.
Pros:

The place had a great vibe, good location, smelled great, was clean and appealing. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Check in took a very, very long time. Please be aware the pool is very cold. I am so glad we didn't have my 6 year-old along for this trip or it would have been very disappointing for him.

This place is my get away. Just Exquiste will definitely be back!
Pros:

Very modernized, I love the complimentary water dispenser with lemons and limes at the check in desk. The hotel attendant was very pleasant.

Broken thermostat and A/C unit made for an uncomfortable night of little sleep. Unclear how staff didn’t know it was broken and put guests in the room.

Water pressure was low no toilet tissue or bath towels in room had to go to front desk checked in at 4 came back at 2 wrong key to door took about 30 min to fix

Disgusting.
Pros:

This was a terrible experience. I am amazed that Marriott would allow this dirty uncomfortable hotel under their name.

Cons:

The bed was hard. The pillows were flat.
No one would bring us an extra towel.
The room smelled like musky smoke.
The parking was inconvenient.
The pool was unsanitary and not at regulated levels of chlorine.
People were camping out in the gym area.
Breakfast was questionable. Yogurt and bagels was all they offered.
I will never have my children in this establishment again.

It was a good stay and would stay there again.
