It was a terrible stay and I canceled my reservation for next month
Pros:

Both interactions I had with front desk staff were positive and they tried to make my experience better.

Cons:

In the first room, the AC was not working. We moved to a second room where the AC was working, but not well. The TV was not working. When I pulled the blanket back on the bed, there was a hair on the sheet. There was also hair in the sink in the bathroom and on the floor of the bathroom, so the room was not clean. The morning that I checked out, I was told a manager would be in contact with me to possibly give me some compensation for my poor experience, but that never happened.
