Great location next to station and in amazing locality
Pros:

Amazing staff. Kostas was one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. He made the experience personal by going out of the way to support us. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family visiting NE.

Cons:

Cost was a little on higher side however the experience and stay made up for it

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, a uma curta caminhada da Amsterdam Central. Banheiro espaçoso e limpo, moderno, com ótimo chuveiro e aquecimento no piso!

Cons:

O sofá cama é um pouco desconfortável, colchão muito fino e barulho de mola ao se mexer.

Pros:

I've had a very bad scooter accident and the staff were exceptionally helpful especially Manuela and a young man during the morning shift (sorry I can't remember his name). They both went above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and went the extra mile to assist me with anything I needed. Thank you so much for all the help you provided for me and being extra kind with me. I'll always come back to your hotel. This was my second stay and definitely won't be my last. I always come to Amsterdam every year so I'll be back soon hopefully as soon as I recover. Thank you Manuela very much for your kindness, you're such a kind soul and for the young man. You both were extra kind and helpful with anything I needed and went beyond what I needed. Beautiful people that I will always remember 🙏🏻♥️

P.S: Love Lady their resident black cat ❤️

Excellent hotel in downtown Amsterdam!
Pros:

Really great room with nice bedding, strong water pressure, excellent location downtown and close to central station. Staff is very helpful. Hotel does have an elevator, which is helpful if you have a lot of luggage.

Cons:

We had no problems with this hotel.

No me informaron que la habitación junior tenia un sofá cama, que mi esposo y yo no necesitábamos y nos cobraron 240€ por encima de las
Otras habitaciones. Al solicitarles ayuda; se negaron de plano. El sillón estaba manchado de algo que no me gusta. Y no lo han lavado o limpiado; sentí asco.

Perfect. Helped us through an unexpected train strike.

It was nice and comfortable.

Super central location and close to everything.
Surprisingly quiet with no noise from other rooms or from the street.
Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Nice toilet and good toiletries' products.
Hotel has elevator and easy accessible.

Cons:

Some of the furniture in the room was showing wear and tear and needed a refresh.
The floor could be cleaner.
Breakfast was a disappointment: The fruit wasn't peeled or in separate bowls; it was all in one bowl with the peel on (apples, oranges, and bananas); There were no scrambled or fried eggs, and the boiled eggs were cold from the refrigerator;
There was only orange juice and water. There were no other juices; The variety and quality/freshness of the breakfast was overall a disappointment.
