Lugar recomendable
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, en una calle tranquila pero cercana a sitios de interés. El dpto limpio, con dos dormitorios y todo lo necesario para una estancia corta y confortable.
El personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que existiera un desayunador o cafetería en el hotel.
La habitación adicional es muy pequeñita! Y la fama de una sola plaza pero para dos o tres días de estancia está bien.

Falta aire acondicionado en el estar y en la habitación pequeña, que es MUY pequeña. Bien para 3 personas un par de días.

Buena Ubicación.

Cons:

Viajamos junto a mi señora e hijo, y el tiempo del termo para ducharse, es extremadamente bajo, tan así que sólo se alcanzaba a duchar uno solo, ya que el agua se colocaba helada de inmediato.

Respecto a la limpieza, sólo se hacia la cama y una oportunidad no me cambiaron las toallas.

Mucho ruido, he pedido una habitación tranquila y se escuchaba la avenida principal , no siquiera tenía aislamiento las ventanas, en el mensaje que envié me podiran haber dicho que se escuchaba tanto ruido dado que he pedido algo tranquilo y silencioso para poder descansar, el personal algo amable me ofreció otra habitación que daba ala calle también Pero no la avenida y al no tener aislamiento se escuchaba todo también. El peor alojamiento jamás reservado en Booking. No lo recomiendo

Felt like coming home!
Pros:

Apart Hotel Providencia was very convenient for where we needed to be. It was located in a quiet one-way street, 10 minutes walk to the Metro, with plenty of cafés and a good few restaurants close by. Depending on which room we were in, there was a decent view. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a good-sized living area and great walk-in wardrobe. The shower was good, with plenty of hot water.
The staff were excellent - pleasant, helpful & friendly.
We stayed three times in the three weeks we were in Chile.

EXcelente ubicacion y comodo departamento
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de providencia, del metro, de las líneas de autobuses y de supermercado. muchos pequeños restaurantes a buen precio y casa comerciales

Cons:

tuve un problema de salud, por lo que tuve que salir antes de la fecha indicada y no me reembolsaron el total del dinero, pese a que presente el certificado medico
