Pros:

Localização apenas

Cons:

As instalações são péssimas.
Banho de 5 minutos, isso mesmo, dps disso a água fica gelada, imagina para um casal ou até com crianças, impossível.
Ar condicionado não funcionou direito e não tem aquecedor.
Maçaneta das portas soltas, eu mesmo tive que apertar os parafusos pra não cair.
Louças velhas e apenas 2 panelas e 1 tampa, horrível.
A cama tem um colchão mole, a pessoa afunda quando deita, péssimo para a coluna.
Como fomos de carro e os pasos fronterizos fecharam com força maior (clima com muita neve) tivemos que mudar os planos de última hora para conseguir voltar ao Brasil, eles não foram nada flexíveis, sequer responderam meu e-mail solicitando o cancelamento de 1 diária adicional após ficarmos 7 dias.

Varios días salimos 9 am y volvimos 16hs y la srta conserje dijo que el personal de limpieza no tuvo tiempo para higienizar la habitación.
Evidentemente deben organizarse mejor..
Igualmente la higiene del primer día fue excelente

Excelente localización. Vistas magníficas a Providencia. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Camas demasiado blandas. La televisión es en el dormitorio y no la sala de estar (habrá preferencias). Taburetes incómodos, sin espacio para las piernas bajo el contador de la cocina.
