The staff was friendly, I can't remember her name .. she was doing housekeeping, plus the supervisor at the front desk... Very respectful lady. The room was ok ...
The bathroom needs cleaning a little better... The hot tube upstairs doesn't work . It needs cleaning. The water made my skin itch me and my friends
The location is exceptional

Got a room with bfast included from the store's buffet which was ok but at 7:30am not much was available at all and voucher did not include any beverages (coffee - juice)

Strangest breakfast ever. You get some coupons for 10usd for breakfast. You need to go to supermarket to buy some prepared food. No milk, cofee...And you can eat it in the room, small hall near supermarket entrance or wherever...
They said they will prepare sofa bed for third person sleeping. Sure they didn t. I had to go twice to reception to get everythiing I need, waited there some time and finally did it myself.
Room cleaning, I m not sure it exists..we never saw anyone do that.

The hotel is well located and just above a supermarket that has about everything, but is quite expensive. There are a lot of food options just around the corner. The parking offered is good.
My room smelled very strong of cleaning products (Clorox), so much it really bothered me. Also the furniture has definitely seen better times. All in all the room felt a bit run down, compared to when I stayed there a few years back after they had just opened. Also, 2 days in a row housekeeping didn't clean my room and on the 3rd only after I complained about this. No explanation offered. It seemed sub-par to me. Also the water in the shower would sometimes be lukewarm and sometimes not even that.
