The location of the hotel is absolutely great and not far from the motorway which is a plus if you're travelling. Managed to have a little walk around the city when arrived and loved the silence all around. The rooms and a bathroom were in good size, well maintained and very clean. The receptionist on duty on our arrival was very good. Easy to communicate with, understandable, professional and very helpful.

Cons:

WiFi in the room available, but couldn't connect it with the TV. When tried the Cast option from the TV nothing worked and couldn't connect my phone with it. Asked at the reception just to be told it doesn't work, so if you don't speak German, you won't be able to watch the TV.
Also, €27 additional fee for a dog is very pricey (especially when your dog is 3kg). What is included in this price? Some special service? Because if it for the cleaning let's be honest, people who take their dogs for a trip and to the hotels make sure their dogs are clean and well behaved.

gepflegtes Haus, komme wieder, empfehlenswert.
Pros:

gutes Frühstück, Rührei war leider nicht der Renner (Fertig-Ei), frische Spielgeier perfekt. leider lagen keine leere Tablets im Vorfeld aus, -Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit,
Betten waren ok.

Cons:

laute Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer, Straßenlärm, unauffällige Hoteleinfahrt, Erdgeschoss-Bistro geschlossen bzw, nicht
bewirtschaftet,
für Menschen mit einem Handicap ist der Übergang vom Weg zum Türeingang und einloggen sehr beschwerlich, (zu kurze extreme Schräge und holpriger Belag.

We booked this hotel last minute on our way home and paid €116 for one night, so we expected a decent stay.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We booked a room for two people, but the room was only prepared for one person. There was only one made-up bed and just one towel in the bathroom. We had to call reception to get this sorted.

The room had no air conditioning and was poorly insulated, making it unbearably hot. It felt close to 30°C inside the room.

The worst part was the bathroom. As soon as I started the shower, a strong sewage smell filled the entire room. It literally smelled like sewage/feces, making the room impossible to stay in.

When I decided to leave and cancel my stay, the receptionist seemed annoyed and told me I had to arrange the cancellation myself through Booking.com. She was clearly unhappy that I had already checked in and paid but still wanted to leave.

We also wanted to sit in the restaurant on the ground floor while waiting for dinner, but we were told it was reserved for “seminars” and that we were not allowed to sit there. The restaurant didn’t even open until 6:00 PM, and despite arriving just 10 minutes early, we weren’t allowed to wait inside. It felt very unwelcoming.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. A room that smells like sewage and is unbearably hot is simply unacceptable, especially for the price. I would not stay here again.

Great stay
Pros:

Outside of the hotel on the way to reception was activities for kids that we were happy about. Hot bottle of water for free. Everything was spotless clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Extra money for bed, pricey breakfast.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin begrüßt. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen.
Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass das Mineralwasser dort kostenlos ist.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und das Personal sehr aufmerksam.
Toll war, dass gegenüber ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.

Cons:

Eine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad wäre schön.

Pros:
