Great place to stay in Mascot.
Pros:

Great location for airport with a shuttle at a good price. Close to railway and in central Mascot shopping area with cafes and Woolworths just metres away. Roomy, comfortable and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was hard to find the entrance. We found the building in the mall but didnt know the entrance was in the next street.

Avoid at all costs!! Embarrassment to the Meriton Brand
Pros:

Good location and the price paid at the time of booking seemed fair

Cons:

Staff are absolutely atrocious and this property is a real disappointment to the Meriton Brand!!! Choking hazards found in room by our toddler left behind by poor housekeeping / checks.

Management seemed to not understand the feedback provided and the entire process of alerting them to issues felt painful and almost like I was speaking to a brick wall.

Total lack of basic training and certainty no interest in guest recovery

Great place to stay for an early or late flight with easy access to amenities etc
Pros:

Great location, handy to train/ airports. Woolworths and restaurants etc very close by were great for when we arrived so late in the evening.

Pros:

Honestly, if I didn’t have a morning flight - I’d have extended. MORE than comfortable and spacious. Will certainly be choosing them when next in Sydney.

The lobby guy helping us with our luggage the spacious balcony and easy to use all facilities

Cons:

Leaving lol was an excellent experience thankyou all for the wonderful stay will definitely recommend to friends and family and return for the simplicity and convenience and comfort
