Veel variatie in eten drinken en zwemmogelijkheden
Veels te druk, en net als in veel andere hotels moet je ook hier je handdoeken om ochtend 6 uur zetten anders heb je geen stoel. Hier moeten ze iets op verzinnen, zoiets als.. als stoel half uur of uur leeg staat gaat handdoek weg.

Otelinzde geçirdiğimiz tatilden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve oldukça konforluydu. Personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Yemekler lezzetli, ortak alanlar bakımlı ve genel olarak otelin atmosferi çok keyifliydi. Özellikle hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların misafirperverliği bizi çok mutlu etti.
Güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkürler!

An absolutely wonderful resort! Everything about our stay was perfect. The resort features an amazing number of swimming pools and fun water games. It is also located right next to the sea, making beach access incredibly easy.The food was highly diverse with plenty of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the entire property was top-notch. Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. A special, heartfelt thank you to Ayfer and Ali for their exceptional hospitality and for making our stay so memorable!
It was a good experience, a big shout out to Perlin ,she is a star, she made our stay so comfortable, she is a plus to that resort , she sorted every issues we had .
Pls change your shower head, it stressed me out. Aside that your resort is amazing, so much to do, my kids had fun .
the hotel itself is in good condition, freshly renovated and in very good condition. A lot of great food and activities to do
Despite the quality of amenities, the slides for kids was only working 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, with amount of people during the season it was impossible to join. Most disturbing was that staff did not speak English, or very poor English and presume everybody is from one country, which might be supper disrespectful. Staff should definitely come up with the way how to bring up the order in facilities usage as me and my lids was politely line for every single line however due to chaos, my kids was multiple time overtaken in line by other kids, or even during breakfast lunch dinner, certain families from country R just skip the line. same for the buggy or other amenities. That took the overall good impression of the hotel which makes us not want to come back. s

The mini club was wonderful , many thanks to the staff working there. The food was very good, the hotel is very large and has everything you could want ❤️❤️
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment.
The biggest issue is that the hotel is clearly understaffed. There are simply not enough employees to properly take care of the guests, and the lack of organization and attention is noticeable throughout the resort.
The dining experience was especially disappointing. Around 2:30 PM, even though lunch is still being served, the staff starts removing the food. As a result, guests are literally rushing to grab the last portions. In a hotel of this category, food should be available until the official end of the meal service.
Housekeeping was also far below expectations. The rooms were cleaned very poorly, with little attention to detail, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable.
In addition, many parts of the hotel look worn out and outdated. In our opinion, the property is in need of renovation to meet the standards expected of a five-star resort.
Overall, this hotel does not provide the level of service expected from a five-star resort. It was a major disappointment, and unfortunately, we would not recommend it.

Everything was close by within the premises, generally there were no queues in the bars, restaurants, etc, which is not common for all inclusive type of stays.
Language is a huge barrier. Nobody could speak English even in the guest relationship office... It was difficult even asking for more comfortable pillows, which we had to quit because we were tired being in the catch 22.
Here for 10 days and definitely wouldn’t return . No info about resort , where things are , no interaction from staff as to what’s on during day , entertainment is awful . They don’t listen to what you order and constantly forget what you ordered . Seriously under staffed at bars and ice cream stations . Spend half you life queuing . There is a few nice parts of the place like the 24/7 restaurant but again , they forget half your order weather it food or drink. Place is clean , bedrooms are cleaned immaculate . Food is worst I’ve had as a selection in turkey and I’ve never had the problem before , it’s awful and rubbish selection at snack and beach bars . . As for the clientele , don’t both coming if your English , no one here has manners and rude as they come . And it’s definitely not 5 star therefore it’s over priced . Needs to be 4 star. They just don’t understand English to the point I couldn’t even order a latte with out showing them on my phone . For other nationalities it’s probably great , but I have manners and respect for others so don’t bother going unless you a rude ignorant person that doesn’t intend on eating or drinking what you wants when you want lol it only got 3 star from me cos we found a lovely little pool outside out patio door . They put us in the wromg room first night and wouldn’t move us , then when moved give us keys to a room which already had a family in and thank god they weren’t in when we let out selves in and saw all their stuff . It’s a shambles . Then the room we got was such a lucky one but it was the view and choice I paid for but having a pool outside your door was good . Overall we went out a few times to side old town which was amazing and I will revisit .
The room is very clean. We stayed 4 nights. Everything is fine. The value for money is very good. Animator Faruk is the best. Every time doing activity for us. All perfect.
