The staff, especially Marissa. So sweet, caring and professional. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Nothing really! Maybe just the shower that was either freezing or very hot-a little hard to adjust it correctly.

Excellent experience! Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. We loved the breakfast—it was delicious, complete, and offered plenty of options to start the day.
The rooms were spotless, very clean, comfortable, and the facilities were modern and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the complimentary transportation to Disneyland. It was such a convenient and thoughtful service that made our visit to the park even easier. We also really appreciated having parking available for our car.
Most of all, we would like to highlight the amazing service and friendliness of the entire staff. Everyone was always kind and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We had a wonderful experience and made some beautiful memories during our family trip. Without a doubt, whenever we come back to the area, we will stay here again. Highly recommended! ✨
I was surprised by how clean and nice everything was.
I stayed during a holiday so it was fully booked. Had to wait a couple of times for the elevator as it was too full to get on.

El baño estaba sucio y seguía con basura en el tacho, aunque todo lo demás estaba limpio. Como si hubieran hecho del baño antes de salir luego de limpiarlo. Pero lo reportamos y limpiaron en seguida

Elevator not very clean or fast.
Everything was ready at 6 am , the employee that day was right on things very friendly.
Maybe some butter for the toast I didn’t see any.other than that everything was good.
The location was great and the staff was very nice and accommodating.
The A/C in the room didn’t work that well. Had it set at 70 and the room was reading at 74 but would not click on unless we lowered it to 66. Also, the housekeeper kept coming by and opened the door about 5 times during our 3 night stay and there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign to hang on the outside of the door.
