Great location, good breakfast. The manager deserves special recognition — professional, friendly, and solved our room issue in under 10 minutes. 10/10 for him.
The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and refused to call the manager — even claiming he would react the same way. She was wrong. She wasted our time and nearly ruined the stay. This behavior is unacceptable for any hotel and needs to be addressed by management.
Location it’ is nice ) and only staff name Fatih was nice and approachable
First of all, the staff really need proper training on how to approach and deal with guests. The service was extremely poor — it honestly felt like we were staying there for free.
The lady at the reception argued with me instead of trying to solve the issue or offer any solution. It felt she is debating with me.(
The restaurant staff were also very cold and unfriendly, as if they were working there unwillingly. There was barely any politeness or welcoming attitude. When we asked for tea in the lobby, the lady in mask replied with an annoyed expression, “It’s chargeable ,” instead of simply asking what kind of tea we would like.
Another unpleasant moment was when we asked a young guy in restaurant for spoons, and he strangely asked, “Why do you need them?” which was honestly shocking.
I’m not even mentioning the room cleanliness — housekeeping barely cleaned the room unless we reminded them multiple times.
Another issue was during breakfast service. We understand that buffet hours end at a certain time, but instead of politely informing guests, the staff started clearing the food away in a rude manner without any warning, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The only employee who was genuinely kind and helpful was Fatih (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was always willing to help and even assisted us in changing the room. Thankfully, he was there. 😅
Overall, the whole experience felt like the employees had no motivation to provide hospitality or basic customer service
