Overall, the hotel is calm, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite
The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor ourselves. Also, the indoor swimming pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., so you can’t swim in the morning.
I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having fresh fruits in the room. Everything was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Следующий день было моё День Рождения.Я было в восторге,когда в номер принесли шампанское 🍾 и во время ужина меня поздравили с музыкой и тортом 🍰Самое главное для отдыха это тишина,Свежий воздух.Про кухни нет слов, всё свежие, вкусные и полезные....

В прошлом году я написала отзыв,что вода закрытого бассейна холодная,но в этом году всё отлично,вода как всегда была чистая и теплая.

Бронировали номер с видом во двор, но нам бесплатно дали номер выше категории с видом на Арарат.
Завтрак входил в стоимость.
Также бесплатно сходили на очень хороший шведский ужин
Frühstück war gut, Zimmer groß und schön, das Essen in den beiden angeschlossenen Restaurants gut. Ideal gelegen um den Aragat zu besteigen, bzw die ehemalige Astronomische Einrichtung Rot 54 zu besuchen
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht nach hinten hinaus, mit Blick auf ein paar Bäume. ( Der Blick vorne hinaus auf die ebene wäre sehr schön gewesen) Die Kellner im internationalen Restaurant könnten etwas freundlicher sein.

There were ants everywhere in the room. The service was quite slow.
On the day of check-out, we asked for some water and were informed that we would have to pay for it. We had no problem with paying, but the order was delayed for so long and the water was never brought that my husband had to go out and buy water himself so that we could prepare formula for our baby and leave on time.
If you use the room service, please be careful, as the prices listed on the in-room menu do not match the prices on the restaurant menu at all. As a result, we were charged more than we should have been.
The Hotel has 2 pools inside and outside and both of them were too cold.
