Schöne Tage in Gorey
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt angenehm ruhig in einer Parallelstraße zur Hauptstraße, gute Busverbindungen zur Hauptstadt St. Helier, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum langen Sandstrand und ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg auf einer schön angelegten Promenade zu Hafen und Burg.
Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer und umfangreiches Frühstück. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr praktisch: es gibt im Hotel auch einen mit Besteck und Geschirr ausgestatteten Aufenthaltsraum, in dem man mitgebrachte Speisen essen und aufwärmen kann (guter "fish and chips" Laden in der Nähe).

Pros:

We travel extensively and this hotel was very standard in the low/mid range cost - all the hotel prices in Jersey are high compared to the comfort, amenities, facilities, value you receive. Saying all that our stay was fine, the room was quiet, good shower. Gorey itself is lovely and has good choices for coffee, lunch, dinner.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, nothing to recommend.
Past reviewers stated you could ask for poached eggs but when we did we were told NO. Not more than 20 minutes later poached eggs were brought to the couple at the table next to us - obviously some customers are more special than others 😜

Very good location on bus route. Comfortable room with tea and coffee
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Lots of choice and freshly cooked

Cons:

Wi fi was difficult to get when we first arrived. The lady in reception eventually turned off and on router in office which seemed to helped

Fabulous stay would certainly recommend, quite location nice walk to all the local restaurants.

The personal touch- lovely hotel with no pressures
Pros:

Very personal service, i have stayed here many times and its very comfortable.
The bus route is great, always first on the route into St Hellier.
Great fish n chip shop ENTWHISTLEs on the doorstep and lovely walks.

Jersey Nice. Hotel not so. Disappointed
Pros:

Hotel in a quiet street. Good bus service to Liberty Square with good onward travel.
Nice walk in shower.
Well catered for breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel needed updating. No lift. Had to struggle up stairs with cases.We're in our late 70's so very difficult. Room on small side. Bed on small side for us as we're used to king size.Only knew about hotel lounge on last day as we weren't informed of this. Hotel run by foreign staff so very little communication.

Pros:

Hôtel très calme,une déco dans l'esprit British,une offre petit déjeuner complète, english breakfast et continental breakfast,un personnel aux petits soins des clients
Une salle à disposition des clients pour dîner avec un take away à proximité,bien pratique quand on ne veut pas descendre sur le port
Une terrasse à l'arrière de l'hôtel
La proximité de l'arrêt bus pour rejoindre st Helier

Trevligt hotell med bra läge och vänlig hjälpsam personal.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger på en lugn gata med bara 3 min promenad till en stor fin sandstrand.
Det finns en matbutik och flera restauranger på gatan. Bra om man inte vill ta bil eller buss till en större ort för att äta.
Frukosten är typisk Engelsk med toast och flingor, men det finns även yoghurt och fruktsallad och varma rätter.

Cons:

Bättre påfyllning av duschkrämen och grönt te.
